We were brusquely informed that the toilets were not available. If you are open for business, the lavatories ought to be as well. Terrible customer service from the owner, mate. I bought some brakes from a different spot and it turned out they were the wrong pads in the box. The bloke at this place did his best to pin the blame on me for some reason. They didn't have the correct parts to swap them out and were trying to charge me extra to fix the mistake. Just a dreadful customer experience. Canadian Tire really needs to do a better job screening their franchise owners, because this chap is doing a number on their brand.

It took me a full day to receive a response. And when you arrive at the store for pickup, even after calling ahead, you still have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your order to be brought to your vehicle. The service at Canadian Tire is much slower compared to other stores.
