Absolutely brilliant customer service in the Automotive department - popped in for an oil change and was out of there in just 25 minutes! Top-notch service all round.

Arrived right on schedule, only to find they were running behind. Not the best look for their business or time management skills. Customers shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes past their appointment. And I wouldn't be surprised if they also try to charge extra for the additional time... I'll keep you posted.
