The store manager seemed clueless and didn't provide any solution to the problem. It appears to be a rather inefficient way of running a business.

She took the time to walk me through the process, as it was my first time, and everything went smoothly thanks to her efficient service. I will definitely be coming back to this store and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

The store had a smaller selection compared to others, which is understandable as it's in a smaller town. The returns/exchanges desk was moving at a snail's pace, but the girl seemed to be in training, so it could have been due to a difficult customer or lack of support from her trainer. Some aisles were very narrow, and I struggled to maneuver the kid-friendly cart down them, let alone have two shoppers pass by at the same time. I had to move a ladder that was carelessly left leaning against merchandise in a tight aisle. It was a bit frustrating as there was a manager and a few employees nearby who could have easily taken care of it.

I'm afraid this establishment preys on unsuspecting individuals. They are ready to peddle subpar products that could harm your vehicle, even after you furnish evidence of the damage with receipts and proof that they went ahead with the purchase of faulty parts, they will shift the blame to you. They even fabricate inaccurate records (selling a car battery without issuing the appropriate warranty receipt). Do not place your trust in these so-called "experts."
