Beverly Ramos (2025-06-09, 2:16 a.m.):
I've always been a fan of the variety at CT, but this particular store lacks in customer service. It's quite common to find only the customer service desk open for cash transactions. On a bustling Saturday, you might only see 2 registers open. But good luck getting assistance! Several patrons have left out of sheer frustration!

The shopping experience was superb. The cashier provided top-notch service, and I left the store feeling very pleased with my overall experience.
Shirley Jenkins (2025-06-05, 7:18 a.m.):
The customer service is extremely friendly, the store is well-organized and tidy, and the online platform is precise and regularly updated with stock availability and item locations. However, occasionally it can be challenging to locate items due to the store layout.
Jeffrey Ford (2025-06-04, 5:48 a.m.):
Hrithik, Casey were absolutely brilliant and exceedingly helpful.

I phoned this shop on Sunday, 8th of November 2020 at 12:36 pm. It was absolutely impossible to get a member of staff to pick up the phone. I tried every extension available and not a single person answered. This is dreadful customer service. The same goes for when you visit in person, you can never locate someone to help you, and if you do, they don't know where anything is. I won't be shopping at this store anytime soon.

I've been shopping at Canadian Tire for a jolly good long while now. Wedding gifts, Christmas goodies, birthdays, you name it. I'm still using the tree 🌲 I purchased back in 1985 for my little one's first Christmas, and now every year someone has a cozy new bed. Cheers and thanks ever so much 💖 Merry Christmas, Canadian Tire!

Lovely to have in the city. A grand store with a plethora of goods. Simple to place an order online and collect in-store or opt for delivery.
Madison Green (2025-05-31, 3:12 a.m.):
I've been shopping at Amherst Canadian Tire for nearly four years now. What I've observed in the past year is a friendlier atmosphere, with a knowledgeable team that takes pleasure in addressing your inquiries and assisting you.
Austin Jones (2025-05-28, 4:15 a.m.):
Most things I bought on sale are defective and don't work properly. The latest issue is with a portal jump start I purchased. It was connected correctly, but the yellow alert light keeps flashing, indicating that it won't start. While it does connect to my truck battery, it fails to connect to the several other dead batteries I've tried to use it on. I'm fed up with buying subpar products; it seems like that's all we get here in eastern Canada.
Austin Gray (2025-05-24, 7:01 a.m.):
Canadian Tire has always been my go-to store for both household and automotive needs, this store does not disappoint.
Catherine Young (2025-05-21, 6:30 p.m.):
Normally this shop is just fine, but during a massive sale on Saturday around noon, there were No Cashiers available at all, except for customer service, leading to a huge queue. And when someone eventually did come to open a register, she grumbled and complained about it. Not acceptable in the slightest.
Brian Powell (2025-05-19, 7:12 p.m.):
They never seem to have what I'm looking for. They don't stock items like the Canadian Tires in Moncton and Dieppe. Their carts are old, rusty, and often broken. It seems like inexperienced kids are always the ones working there, who don't know much about bicycles or anything in general. I wouldn't recommend this particular Canadian Tire to anyone.
Dorothy Kim (2025-05-19, 5:34 p.m.):
Absolutely dreadful store, I must say. Popped in for some bits to fix up a leaky pipe, only to find they had closed early even though the sign clearly stated they were open for another 10 minutes! The manager outright refused to let me nip in to grab the 2 items I needed, despite there being customers inside browsing away. Won't be setting foot in that place again, mark my words!
Ashley Cook (2025-05-18, 9:47 p.m.):
Consistently under staffed, unreal wait times. If you're looking for good service, don't bother going here.
Catherine Cook (2025-05-18, 3:06 a.m.):
There was no knowledgeable staff available to assist us with our purchase. We approached 2 young men who were working there, and neither of them knew anything. One young man simply turned around and walked away, while the other just stared at us blankly.
Peter Jackson (2025-05-14, 8:19 a.m.):
Caution should be taken when shopping at this establishment, as it appears that their employees are not required to wear masks. On several occasions, I have witnessed young male staff members stocking shelves without masks. Despite politely requesting that they wear one, I have been met with flimsy excuses. When I persist, they become rude and confrontational, prompting me to seek out a manager or older employee who will enforce the mask policy. Only then do they reluctantly comply. In one instance, another customer even insulted me for expressing concern about the health and safety of vulnerable individuals, such as my 85-year-old father with COPD and diabetes, who shops here. It is important for the public to know that this store does not prioritize safety measures for Covid-19. During a visit to the paint counter, I refused assistance from a young, unmasked worker. As a senior myself, I refuse to tolerate such disregard for safety and will be taking my business elsewhere. If possible, I would rate this store 0 stars.
Stephen Sanders (2025-05-14, 2:47 a.m.):
I'd sooner exchange a $55 purchase than refund the $15 for an incorrectly priced item. They're blaming a faulty tag, but somehow miraculously fixed it to show the accurate item and price. Save yourself the trouble and consider visiting Moncton or Truro instead of that place.
Andrew Gutierrez (2025-05-13, 4:21 a.m.):
Kiki the Mastercard representative is an absolute delight to work with - incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
Amelia Hayes (2025-05-12, 10:38 a.m.):
I rang up the service department at this CTC store and Tyler was ever so professional over the phone. I must say, his kindness left quite an impression on me. Dealing with Annie the manager was an absolute joy. Hailing from out of town, I must give a 5-star rating for the stellar phone service and information provided. Bravo to the Service Team at CTC Amherst!
Bradley Gutierrez (2025-05-12, 4:56 a.m.):
My daughter bought something for her father, you know. It was missing an important part, oh my! When she went to get another one, there were none left, can you believe it? She found something similar and then it was exchanged, all sorted out in the end.
