The store is looking quite outdated and disorganized. The staffing levels are very minimal, especially on weekends. The lines are incredibly long, as there is usually only one cashier working every time I visit. It seems like there might be some management issues that need to be addressed. I recently visited a Canadian Tire in another city and had a completely different and much better experience.

Once upon a time, I would have labeled this Canadian Tire as the worst in the land - but it has been improving a great deal. The aisles are neat, sale items are usually available, the staff are friendly and easier to locate, and there have been more checkout lanes open than just the returns counter.

I have not availed of the auto service here - so I cannot comment on that.

The same goes for when you visit in person, you can never locate someone to help you, and if you do, they don't know where anything is. I won't be shopping at this store anytime soon.
