I phoned ahead, ordered the tires I required for my GMC, scheduled the appointment, arrived and they handled everything from there, very professional. And remember, when it comes to tires, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you opt for a cheap tire, that's what you'll receive, so don't complain when it wears out quickly. Thank you, Coast Tire - you did an excellent job in my opinion!

I 'ad a proper good experience with a motor vehicle inspection 'ere. They were quick, fair, and friendly, mate.
The waitin' room is open and breezy with massive sofas to plop down on and watch the telly while you wait. The place was spick and span, innit.

On the 6th of August, while journeying from the Annapolis Valley to Moncton, we experienced a flat tire on the highway. Despite managing to reach Amherst with our spare donut tire, it too was losing air. Our initial attempt at a tire shop proved fruitless as they were too swamped to assist us. However, our next stop at Coastal Tire was a different story. They were absolutely splendid and incredibly helpful! The gentleman came out, assessed the situation, and recommended a suitable tire to match our existing ones. Despite being quite busy themselves, they took the time to replace the flat tire with a new one and inflate our spare. We are incredibly grateful for their assistance in getting us back on the road promptly. We wholeheartedly endorse Coastal Tire for their exceptional service!

I scheduled a tire changeover appointment for Monday at 9am, and arrived a bit early at 8:55am. They said it would be finished by 10am, so I went to McDonald's and returned around 9:30am. However, my car hadn't moved when I got back. When I inquired about the delay, the gentleman apologized and mentioned they were running behind schedule. Finally, at just after 10am, my car was taken into the shop. It was completed around 10:50am. The quality of work was good, but the price, while likely standard, felt a bit steep to me (totaling $115 with tax), and the additional wait time was frustrating. Edit: Three days later, I noticed that one of the wheels was not balanced properly. I am giving them one star and will not be returning.
