The bloke at the post office counter is a bit useless, if you ask me. Zero customer service and not exactly a ray of sunshine, if you catch my drift.
Ethan Hamilton (2025-07-06, 5:42 a.m.):
THE best team for pharmaceuticals in Sorel-Tracy...I am NEVER disappointed!
Wayne Davis (2025-07-05, 8:36 p.m.):
Excellent service, tidy pharmacy, and shelves well-stocked with a variety of products.
Henry Hall (2025-06-29, 10:21 a.m.):
Outstanding pharmacy with a courteous and polite reception, providing professional and highly dependable prescription services.
Dylan Davis (2025-06-23, 1:10 p.m.):
After making multiple trips to this pharmacy for my prescriptions, my experiences have been progressively deteriorating. Each time I go to pick up my medication at the checkout counter, I am met with rude and unhelpful staff. They are dismissive and I hesitate to even ask them any questions.

In particular, requesting them to send a fax to my doctor for prescription renewals was a nightmare. My partner received a cold response, stating that it was not their responsibility and we should contact the doctor ourselves.

I rarely interact with the pharmacists, but the customer service from the staff at the checkout counter has been incredibly disappointing. Therefore, I am considering transferring my prescriptions to Brunet. 👍🏽
Denise Patterson (2025-06-23, 7:41 a.m.):
Lovely spot! The team is truly committed, where the client is not just a figure but a real person, about time!! Kudos!!
Christian Jackson (2025-06-20, 10:26 p.m.):
I would like to extend a big thank you and congratulations to the entire team at Jean-Coutu in the Tracy area.

As a customer, I consider myself not just a mere shopper, but a patient who has been consistently assisted and supported in my health-related endeavors. I am grateful for the valuable recommendations provided by the cosmeticians, which I truly appreciate.

For me, Jean-Coutu goes beyond being just a store; it feels like a friend. I wholeheartedly give a perfect score of 5/5 to the team at Jean-Coutu in the Tracy sector.

On a side note, it's worth mentioning that there isn't a post office in Tracy.

Thank you all for your exceptional service and support.
Diane King (2025-06-18, 12:55 p.m.):
In reply to M, I would like to inform you that the TRACY branch does not house a post office. Thank you.
Larry Henderson (2025-06-13, 12:07 p.m.):
The staff at this pharmacy are truly exceptional - they are incredibly kind and dedicated to their work.
Dylan Wilson (2025-06-10, 2:39 a.m.):
Frequently open until the late hours of the evening. Quite convenient for those with little ones in tow.
Hannah Reyes (2025-06-06, 3:53 p.m.):
Today I ventured into the pharmacy, only to find myself herded towards the medicine counter with no regard for social distancing. The throngs of people jostling through the aisles left me feeling quite uneasy. As someone who is immunocompromised, I can only hope that I didn't unwittingly expose myself to any potential risks. In the end, I had no choice but to make a hasty retreat from the chaos.
Nicole King (2025-06-05, 6:15 p.m.):
Attentive, responsive, and quick to grasp the situation. Big shoutout to the whole team!
Leonard Murphy (2025-06-03, 9:10 a.m.):
I must say, there seems to be a fair bit of judgement from the staff when dealing with customers who have complaints, and it's rather frustrating. The lack of professionalism and empathy is quite disappointing, as these qualities are essential in this line of work. However, I must emphasize that not all employees display such behavior. Nevertheless, there are a few individuals who come across as rather unintelligent and unpleasant, which is certainly not a pleasant experience. Due to these reasons, I am contemplating switching pharmacies. It's truly disheartening.
Charlotte Kim (2025-06-02, 1:36 p.m.):
Polite and attentive customer service.
Gloria Graham (2025-06-01, 7:30 p.m.):
Before putting up a negative review out there, I make sure to try and sort things out with the place first. However, after many attempts over several years yielded no success, the final straw broke this morning.

I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years, residing 24 km away from the pharmacy and consistently requiring the same medication for decades. While I mostly get my refills locally, on occasions when I opt for delivery, about 80% of the time my required quantities are not met. They also tend to switch my generic meds even after I inform them of the negative effects some have on me - basically, my concerns fall on deaf ears.

I initially chose this branch due to its proximity to my doctor's office, but this morning, to my dismay, I found out that 30 pills were missing from my order. Hence, they'll have to schedule another delivery to my home - their lack of attention to detail baffles me.
Rebecca Sanders (2025-05-26, 1:46 p.m.):
The layout is a bit challenging to navigate, and the aisles can feel quite crowded.
Steven Sanders (2025-05-24, 10:09 a.m.):
The pharmacy over in Tracy is hands down the one with the top-notch service I've encountered. The staff appear cheerful and go about their work with a grin. Everyone comes across as welcoming and ready to assist.
Justin Long (2025-05-23, 3:04 p.m.):
I recently commenced a fresh prescription, and the chemist informed me that if the dosage wasn't suitable, I could inform them, and they'd dispatch a fax to my physician without requiring direct contact with him. However, upon contacting them two weeks later for an adjustment, they stated that they were unable to send a fax, and insisted that I must consult my doctor once more. Rather disappointing service, I must say.
