We've been getting our meds from this pharmacy for 36 years. Initially, everything was spot on, but lately the service has really gone downhill. Whether we place our orders over the phone, online, or in person with a good ol' handwritten list, there are mistakes in the amounts EVERY SINGLE TIME. So, every time, you end up spending more time at the pharmacy while they fix their mistake. On top of that, the staff isn't always very friendly.

And let me tell you, the new layout of the shelves post-renovation is just awful, and the prescription counter is in a really awkward spot.

Honestly, we're thinking about switching pharmacies at this point.
