My experience on a Sunday morning was absolutely splendid. The cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism were top-notch.
Grace Lopez (2025-06-24, 6:51 a.m.):
I recently had to undergo surgery at the Banff hospital and I must say, the staff there are truly incredible. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. I am so grateful for all their support during my time there. Thank you again to the amazing staff at the Banff hospital!
Harper Sanchez (2025-06-23, 7:18 p.m.):
Lab Services are absolutely top-notch. A delightful experience every time, consistently punctual or even ahead of schedule. It's one of the few appointments you can squeeze in during a work break and be confident that the timing will be spot on. A fantastic amenity to have in our quaint little town.
David Howard (2025-06-21, 10:23 p.m.):
My elderly mother-in-law, 89 years young, with severe leg pain, was made to wait for hours while younger patients, even crying ones, were seen before her. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hospital if at all possible.
Kenneth Fisher (2025-06-19, 12:52 p.m.):
The staff were terribly rude and abrupt. There were drops of blood on the floor beside the bed. I suggest looking for care elsewhere.
Martha Gonzales (2025-06-17, 4:22 p.m.):
I have never experienced such poor treatment as I have at this hospital! The doctors didn't take my conditions seriously and had very insensitive bedside manner. Living in a remote village near Banff, I don't have easy access to medical care, and the doctors were aware of this. However, the doctor told me, "There are people here for cardiac arrest, your kidney infection could have waited for a walk-in." I have been hospitalized 7 times in the past year due to my weak kidneys, and when I explained this to him, he simply responded, "Thanks for informing me." I would not recommend these doctors to anyone as they show blatant disrespect towards their patients.
Amber Hamilton (2025-06-14, 5:30 p.m.):
I say, old chap, I found meself in a bit of a pickle with a broken leg, but fear not, for the surgeons swiftly mended it the following day. The doctors and nurses were simply splendid, I must say. Upon me discharge, the nurse seemed a tad flustered, but that's to be expected in their line of work.

If one were to sustain a broken leg, I dare say there's no finer establishment to seek treatment. I would certainly return, although I do hope such a need does not arise again. Cheerio! 🏥🇬🇧
Russell Jenkins (2025-06-13, 5:18 a.m.):
Terrible experience, mate. My bloke broke his arm in Lake Louise and I found meself with no dosh to stay anywhere. I thought hospitals were meant to be a kind and caring place, ya know? I assumed they'd let me crash for the night since I had nowhere else to go. The boyfriend didn't mind either, was just gonna kip in a chair. But, blimey, I was told to bugger off and ended up on the streets with no place to bed down. Their signs bang on about not putting up with staff mistreating folks, but they turf me out like that. Absolutely rubbish treatment, never been treated so poorly in all me days.
Henry Kim (2025-06-12, 5:42 p.m.):
A mate of mine is getting looked after at this place. The hospital crew have really stepped up their game, even for a medical outfit. I quite like how seamless the services are. In my opinion, top-notch hospital in Alberta!
Gerald Ramirez (2025-06-11, 9:28 a.m.):
I just wanted to express my gratitude to Dr. Martin for prioritizing my husband's needs so promptly. A special thanks to the wonderful nurses, Ms. Carol, Ms. Ann, and Ms. Tasha. Your care and dedication are truly appreciated 🙏🏼 ...
Noah Cook (2025-06-09, 1:23 p.m.):
I spent a night and two days at this hospital, and I must say, the staff was truly outstanding. As someone who has never been impressed by hospital food before, I can confidently say that this was hands down the best hospital food I have ever had!
Aaron Sanders (2025-06-07, 9:01 a.m.):
I 'ad to get a lot of particular blood work done for me geneticist, and the nurse was really helpful and kind. I went in feelin' nervous as I'm scared of needles, but everyone workin' 'ere was great and put me at ease.
Robert James (2025-06-06, 12:20 a.m.):
Speedy service and fantastic staff. A petite hospital, yet it gets the job done.
Edward Rogers (2025-06-05, 9:26 p.m.):
Dr. Jeff Plant is not a good doctor, mate. He won't even bother to help you with the pain, even if you're in absolute agony. I'd suggest steering clear of this bloke if possible. The nurses were top-notch, but the hospital moves at a snail's pace for everything. The Canadian healthcare system truly lives up to its reputation of being slow and providing subpar care.

Edit: Can you believe it? I forked out $2k Canadian for an X-ray! They tell me there's no fracture, but when I get home and get another X-ray and MRI, turns out there is indeed a fracture. Essentially, I paid them to miss my fracture! Bloody outrageous!
Ronald James (2025-06-04, 1:01 a.m.):
I went to the hospital for food poisoning as I had been throwing up all night. I ended up paying $1300 for just two over-the-counter pills and a ginger ale. I was there for around 2.5 hours, during which the doctor only came in to see me twice. She mentioned running some tests but never followed through with them. They even forgot about me until my husband walked in, after which they suddenly remembered to check on me. If you're not Canadian or don't have insurance, avoid coming here as they will exploit your situation!
Matthew Bailey (2025-06-02, 5:47 p.m.):
This hospital is absolutely brilliant, from the wonderful staff to the top-notch facilities. The staff members are absolutely lovely and really make you feel at ease. Shannon, a fantastic nurse, looked after me superbly - she was so kind and respectful, which helped calm my nerves about the surgery. Dr. Buchko, my surgeon, was also excellent and extremely professional. I had a truly excellent experience here. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough.
Teresa Gonzalez (2025-05-30, 1:24 p.m.):
While we were traveling, we had to make a couple of trips to the ER. On both occasions, all the nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and compassionate.
Kelly Thompson (2025-05-29, 12:49 a.m.):
I had to rush to the hospital on Christmas due to an emergency. Dr. Jamie, along with nurses Geenie and Heidi, took exceptional care of me during my visit. I am particularly thankful for the fantastic news they delivered. Thank you all for your amazing assistance and kindness. :)
Terry Stewart (2025-05-28, 10:31 a.m.):
I traveled from the US and suffered a wrist fracture, so I headed to the ER. Dr. Stephen Shepherd was simply marvelous! Incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally kind!!! It was a fantastic experience!!
Doris Johnson (2025-05-27, 8:32 p.m.):
Outstanding service! The doctor and nurses were quick and accommodating, explaining everything thoroughly. They even followed up after our stay here in Banff! Much appreciated by all!
