Oi mate, all the blokes at the shop were proper useless, not a single one of 'em showed any interest in helping us pick out a new phone. They didn't have a clue when it came to product info and were downright rude. Walked out of there proper unimpressed, they need to sort out their customer service game or bugger off for good. Not the first time I've had a rubbish experience there, either.
