Good evening, on December 9, 2020 around 5:15 p.m. I visited Canadian Tire and observed a situation where an elderly individual was seeking assistance with lighting specials. Despite the elderly person reaching out for help, six of your employees passed by him, each time responding with "it's not my department." It was disheartening to witness the lack of support provided by your employees to this gentleman in need. The gentleman left feeling disappointed as the employees appeared unwilling to make an effort or were perhaps too eager to depart. I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention as it reflects poorly on the customer service experience at your store. I encourage you to review the camera footage from around 5:15 p.m. in the last row near the fluorescents to witness firsthand the interaction. It is disappointing to see employees neglecting their responsibility to assist those in need. I myself wanted to lend a hand, but I was unsure of how to do so in that situation.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, the customer service representative abruptly ends the call when I request to speak with a manager from the sports department. When I finally reach the store manager, he justifies his employee's behavior and interrupts me when I try to explain the purpose of my call, claiming that I lack patience. It was the most unpleasant experience I've had in a while.

I daresay they didn't carry out a proper examination of my vehicle, they neglectfully omitted to record the mileage for the forthcoming oil change, terribly dissatisfied I must say. These chaps seem to be hoodwinking us, we fork out for an inspection and oil changes but all they do is the oil change. Moreover, the oil they used seemed rather suspicious, it had an abnormal appearance, remarkably sludgy. The conditions were raucously snowy as well. I genuinely hope to procure a reimbursement.

It 'as been one too many times that we 'ave 'ad very poor customer service at the checkouts. This time the cashier was in a very bad mood and pushed our items away when we put them on the counter. There was no need for us to accept such poor service, so we left our items and left. Rouyn-Noranda and Val d’Or offer much better service.

Update: Received an email from Canadian Tire sayin' they would like to know more about me experience. It provides a general phone number and there is no option to reach the corporate customer experience team 🤷‍♀️.

No more stiff necks from craning up in those narrow aisles! It's yet to be seen if they've got the circular stock or if you always end up with rain checks! Plenty of options though.
