I took my surface computer to get it fixed, but they returned a completely different (and much lower performing) surface than the one I brought in. I invested a good amount of money to 1) not have my computer repaired and 2) essentially lose my device - who knows what they have done with my computer. My suspicion would be that they sold the higher spec machine while returning cheaper ones to customers who aren't vigilant. Be cautious of this deception.
