I popped into Simply Computing because I was struggling with my iPhone calendar following an update. When I arrived, I met Seabas and he was fantastic! He took the time to carefully diagnose the issue and then efficiently solved it. I was truly grateful for his expertise and assistance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

We are absolutely chuffed to bits that we stumbled upon simply computing! Jonathan was a total gem in helping us pick out a laptop for our middle schooler as they gear up for back to school. He really took the time to get to grips with our requirements and gave us the lowdown on what to keep an eye out for, ensuring we made the best choice. We felt like we were in safe hands and will definitely be popping back when it's time to upgrade the next family computer. Thanks a million Jonathan and simply computing!

I absolutely adore visiting Simply Computing and have been doing so for years now!!! The staff is always fantastic, you never feel hurried or pressured to buy something you don't need. Uma and Seabass are prime examples of this, incredibly helpful and always cheerful and patient. This store is top-notch and way superior to the Mac store at Pacific Centre. Just thought you should know. Cheers!

I had a brilliant time at the Vancouver Simply Computing store not long ago. My 2017 iMac was sluggishly crawling along, and the Simply team swiftly identified the issue as a sluggish factory-installed hard drive. They proposed upgrading to an external SS drive and, for a reasonable fee, they transformed my VW bug into a Maserati! Robert Cole and his team delivered top-notch, amiable, and expert service. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Exceptional customer service!!!
I have collaborated with the team to set up, upkeep, and, when needed - fix different Apple gadgets bought from Simply over the last ten years.
Andrew Neary at the W. Broadway and North Van branches surpassed expectations in helping with purchases and providing comprehensive, clear, and truthful advice.
I highly recommend them.

I had an incredible experience at Simply Computing that I just have to share.
I took in my Apple AirPods with an issue, fully anticipating them to say they couldn't be fixed just like another repair shop had told me the day before.
To my amazement, they repaired my AirPods in five minutes and didn't charge me a penny!
Hats off to the team at Simply Computing, I'm truly grateful for your assistance and for saving me from having to buy a new pair of AirPods.
I can't recommend Simply Computing enough for anyone in need of tech help – they really do go the extra mile!

I've been a customer at this mobile phone repair shop for many years now, and overall I've had good experiences. However, my recent visit wasn't as great. I brought in a broken AirPod charging case and was informed that it would cost $80 for a diagnostic to check if Apple would cover it under a replacement program. After some quick Googling, I discovered that my issue didn't qualify for the program. Additionally, I was quoted $180 for the repair, which seemed steep. In the end, I found a much cheaper deal on Amazon for a new case. This experience left me feeling a bit dissatisfied with the service provided here.

Do NOT consider financing anything from Simply Computing. My credit card, which was set up for automatic payments, was flagged for suspicious activity and put on hold for security reasons. I only became aware of this when Simply Computing's finance company, Simply Financial, contacted me towards the end of the business day and gave me a 24-hour deadline to resolve the issue.
Upon explaining my situation to them, they insisted on charging me an additional $45. I suggested having my credit card company reach out to them to clarify the situation, but they refused and still imposed the $45 charge. So, if your credit card gets lost or stolen, resulting in a delay for a replacement, you'll be hit with a $45 fee. The same goes if you misplace your credit card right before a scheduled payment - another $45 charge.
I even inquired about contacting them in advance of the payment date, and the representative adamantly stated that the $45 penalty would still apply. They exhibited no concern for any unforeseen circumstances affecting customers. Therefore, I strongly advise against financing through them. Instead, opt for Apple - a company that prioritizes customer care!

Top-notch service and extensive expertise, I want to express my gratitude to Andrew for the exceptional assistance. My iPad was acting up and upon inspection, he determined it had unexpectedly failed a few days prior. He suggested a second-hand MacBook Pro for my video-watching needs as I already own an iMac. I enthusiastically endorse Simply Store on West Broadway. Many thanks once more for the outstanding support.
Mia Ortiz (2025-07-22, 5:03 a.m.):
These folks are absolutely fantastic! They're professional, friendly, and really know their stuff - they assisted me with buying my MacBook Pro and went the extra mile to find me a top-notch machine. Huge thanks to Andrew, who was with me every step of the way, along with Adi, Chris, and Navneet, who all worked together to provide me with an exceptional customer service. Just like the previous commenter, I would give them extra stars if I could!

I must say, I was quite impressed with the service provided by Uma Bharti over at Simply Computing in Vancouver. Uma is an absolute gem - a top-notch professional with an impressive wealth of knowledge and infinite patience. She truly went the extra mile to assist me in getting a new computer set up, all while managing to salvage my files from my old computer that crashed unexpectedly. And all of this was done with a smile and a great sense of humor. Five stars for Uma, without a doubt!

I've purchased 2 laptops from Simply Computing and I must say, it was a top-notch experience both times. The sales team asked all the right questions and the service staff were incredibly helpful in setting up the laptops for me. It felt like I was at the Apple Store, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown crowds. Highly recommend their services!

1 Year and still counting
I've been trying to get in touch with the company for quite some time now. I've left several voicemails, but haven't received any callbacks. I am reaching out via email regarding an order I placed on Simply Computing with Klarna as my payment method on October 29, 2022. I've made two payments with Klarna, but I still haven't received the product I ordered or a refund. I'm eager to find out where my refund or product is located. Klarna has informed me that Simply Computing needs to approve the refund before they can process it. It's been over a year, and I've received no response. Amanda, the Chief Financial Officer, was very impolite during our interactions and even accused me of already having the product, offering no resolution. This level of customer service is outrageous. I will not be doing business with this shop again, ever.

I must say, I prefer coming here over the Apple Store to avoid the hustle and bustle and long queues. They cater to walk-ins for repairs and services, as well as appointments. Plus, they stock all Apple products except iPhones, allowing you to preview demo units before committing to a purchase. Unlike the Apple store, they provide financing options and more competitive pricing for warranties that cover unexpected mishaps. It's a go-to spot for any Apple-related needs. What's more, they're an Apple Authorized Store that offers on-site training and service at your location, along with complimentary in-store seminars. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant experience at this mobile phone repair shop! The team was top notch - super helpful, friendly and really knew their stuff. Uma was an absolute gem and went the extra mile to assist me with Simply Computing’s buy back program. I was able to trade in my old, sluggish work phone for some credit towards a shiny new iPhone with all the bells and whistles. The new phone even came with a three year warranty and was a breeze to set up at home. When I had a quick question during the setup process, Uma was right there to help me out over text. So easy and convenient! Massive thank you - I'll definitely be coming back for all my tech and phone needs in the future.
