If you 'ave the time and patience, this establishment is rather decent. They do respond promptly, all the blokes and birds on staff are quite pleasant, and the job they did was top-notch.
Nonetheless, they hardly ever follow up or ring you back - you 'ave to chase 'em down each time. Plus, they 'ad a go at fixin' a laptop fan that clearly needed replacin', and it gave out again in 12 hours; they eventually swapped it out for free under their warranty terms which is grand, but I still 'ad to make a second trip to the shop to drop off and collect me laptop.

I went to collect the computer and inquired about the bill, only to be told that since no repairs were carried out, there was no charge. What a pleasant surprise indeed.
After approximately a week, I eventually purchased a replacement computer and was eager to dispose of my old one. I contacted Burrard Laptops and they kindly offered to recycle it at no cost. Given my past experience with identity theft, I was a bit concerned about any personal data lingering on the hard drive. However, they reassured me that they would erase the hard drive free of charge.
To sum it up:

It is truly disheartening to encounter such unscrupulous individuals. This entire ordeal was not only a waste of time but also left us feeling rather disenchanted. I would strongly advise steering clear of this place at all costs.
