Bought some CBD oil from ACC and when I got home, I couldn't figure out how to dispense the oil. I called up ACC and they mentioned that it should have come with a dropper. They advised me to return to ACC and have them take a look at the bottle, which I did. They acknowledged that there should have been something included to dispense the oil, but they claimed it wasn't their issue because it was missing.

They recommended that I visit a pharmacist and acquire a syringe. I spent $75 on the oil and it was disheartening that they seemed uninformed about their own products and did not back them up. This was my first experience with ACC and I was extremely let down by the service we received.

Today, I visited this cannabis store to collect my online order of concentrates, and let me tell you... I snagged 2 grams of top-shelf live resin/caviar for $120 after tax, which works out to about $58 per gram. Everywhere else in Windsor Essex, live resin is going for $79 per gram, but here I got it for $55, and the caviar was $58 a gram compared to the usual $90+ at other places around here. The quality of the product is exceptional, and the Amherstburg Cannabis Company definitely offers the best prices in Windsor Essex! The staff had my order prepared, I walked in, shared my name, discussed the products for a few minutes, paid, and left. I'm willing to make the 25-minute drive from Essex every week just to shop here! They have the best selection, prices, and an excellent team of staff :) A perfect first experience! I'll definitely return.

The First Independent Non-chain Cannabis store in Amherstburg - Best Prices, Best Selection .. owned, operated and managed by Amherstburg residents. Very intelligent staff... some speak French and Spanish fluently. you can see and smell ALL their cannabis products not just a few!!! Great work guys!! Private parking on site is a bonus
