The service was alright, but the staff seemed a bit down. We ordered an iced coffee, a cappuccino, and two cheesecakes - one pistachio and one cherry. Not sure if it was just an off day, but the cherry cheesecake tasted sour, and the pistachio one didn't have that pistachio flavor. My iced coffee with cream was missing the sugar I asked for, and the cappuccino wasn't sweet either. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but at the moment, I wouldn't go out of my way to return. However, the atmosphere is charming.

The dessert display was quite impressive with an assortment of treats. They serve a plethora of beverages including coffees and refreshing cold drinks, and the coffee was truly top-notch. All in all, the meal was satisfying and thoroughly delightful. I would certainly recommend it.

The location is splendid, however the service was just average considering there were only two ladies managing the place during a busy period. The chocolate cake left much to be desired, as it was crumbly, overly moist, topped with store-bought cream, excessively sweet - truly one of the worst I've tasted. The espresso was also lacking in quality, too watery and weak, but the cappuccino was passable. All in all, a mediocre establishment in a prime location.

I've been a regular at this charming cafe in the heart of Amherstburg countless times, like....30x! Every visit has been met with exceptional service, even amidst the weekend madness. The food has never failed to impress me; the quiche is simply divine, and don't even get me started on the Creme Brulee Cookies!

This café serves breakfast and lunch until 3pm and offers a wide variety of desserts, as well as hot and cold beverages. You can find this gem conveniently located at Navy Yard Park in downtown Amherstburg.
