I recently visited this gorgeous spa and indulged in the sleep treatment, which worked wonders in calming my mind for a restful night's sleep. The private hot tub exclusively for spa guests added a luxurious touch to my experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my visit even more delightful.

Lovely spa experience! The price of $50 includes access to the sauna, whirlpool, and gym facilities.

However, it is a shame that there is no cold plunge pool available for cooling down after the sauna session.

This spa is set in the cozy Moose Inn. I popped in for a deep tissue massage and it was absolutely splendid. The service was top-notch - the locker rooms and amenities were spotless. And the cherry on top? You get complimentary access to the pool and hot tubs on the premises with your massage, allowing you to unwind in the water post-treatment.

What a fantastic spa experience for me and my daughter! The massage was superb, the staff were incredibly professional, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. The scenery was simply stunning, making our day even more special. We were impressed by the amazing service from all the staff members. We will definitely make a point to visit this spa again next time we find ourselves in Banff.

It has been quite some time since I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage at The Meadow. I simply must take a moment to recount my delightful encounter. It was truly the most exquisite massage I have ever experienced, courtesy of the talented "Leo". His hands possess an almost magical quality. Through his deep tissue therapeutic approach, he not only relieved me of discomfort but also restored my range of motion. I am most certainly looking forward to my next visit to Banff for another rejuvenating session at this splendid spa.

What a lovely spa! They have a variety of hot tubs outdoors, a cozy fire pit, sauna, indoor pool, and the staff members are all incredibly welcoming! The robes provided were absolutely luxurious as well. My time there was truly rejuvenating and I highly recommend it for a relaxing experience!

My mate and I had a smashing time getting treated like royalty by the fantastic team at Meadow Spas. The ambiance of the hotel and the delightful scents of the spa created such a tranquil and calming weekend. I absolutely urge you to spend a weekend at The Moose Hotel, and indulge in some well-deserved pampering at Meadows Spa and Pools. We are already counting down the days until our next weekend escape!

I had an absolutely splendid experience at the spa! After a challenging day of hiking and braving the elements, it was the ideal sanctuary to rejuvenate and decompress. I cannot sing its praises enough! Remember to pack your swimsuit and bask in the breathtaking views from the hot tub! The massage was truly exceptional and worth every cent – one of the finest I've ever indulged in!

When scheduling your spa appointment, be sure to specify a preference for a massage therapist without any scent allergies!

Let me share a recent experience during my massage appointment. Upon meeting my therapist, I noticed she was coughing excessively. During our session, she mentioned she had asthma and apologized for her coughing fits, attributing them to a trigger in the environment. As an asthmatic myself, I sympathized and suggested it could potentially be scents from my hair products or clothing. She couldn't pinpoint the exact cause initially.

Throughout the session, she continued to cough and eventually had to leave the room to retrieve her inhaler. Despite her rushed demeanor, her massage technique was still effective. However, at one point she abruptly stopped, claiming she couldn't continue due to feeling unwell. She mentioned offering a discount before hastily leaving the room, forgetting her inhaler.

I later learned from another staff member that this was a common occurrence due to the therapist's sensitivity to certain products used at the spa. Despite feeling guilty about the situation, I decided to cut short my spa experience and head back home, missing out on the other amenities available.

Upon settling the bill, I inquired about the therapist's well-being and was reassured that such incidents were routine. Despite feeling unsettled by the experience, I ended up paying for half of the massage and felt obligated to leave a tip, although I believed it wasn't warranted given the circumstances.

Overall, the spa facilities and services were commendable, but the unfortunate incident with the therapist left a negative mark on what was supposed to be a relaxing occasion. It's puzzling to me why someone with known sensitivities would choose to work in an environment where they are consistently exposed to triggers, leading to discomfort for both themselves and clients.

We had an amazing stay at Moose Lodge and were delighted to discover that the spa had recently reopened post-COVID. I was thrilled to indulge in a few treatments. The young lady at the front desk, who I believe is the manager, was incredibly kind and attentive. She provided clear explanations of the new guidelines and went above and beyond by arranging a late check-out so that I could fully enjoy my facial.

I treated myself to a pedicure and facial with Elaina (apologies if I've misspelled her name). It was truly one of the best pedicures and facials I've ever experienced. Elaina is a delightful individual, very personable, and the massage during the facial was simply divine. I am grateful for the wonderful service. The spa felt extremely safe; everyone wore masks, and Elaina even wore a face shield during the facial. I also wore a mask throughout my visit and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend paying a visit to this spa.

This spa is absolutely fantastic for getting a massage! The best part about it is the outdoor hot tub with a stunning view of the mountains. Simply incredible!
Betty Long (2025-07-31, 6:49 a.m.):
Absolutely delightful experience - the four of us scheduled massages at 10AM on Remembrance Day long weekend during a business trip. The team was utterly professional and welcoming, the lounge area was cozy, and we indulged in a dip in the outdoor hot tub with the breathtaking views before our invigorating deep tissue massages. Each of us echoed the same sentiment - we were so blissed out that we dozed off. I awoke feeling as limber as a jellyfish, content and at ease. Hydrating generously throughout the day, I felt like a million bucks - immense gratitude to the entire staff for enhancing our extraordinary weekend!
Robert Wilson (2025-07-28, 4:26 a.m.):
A pristine and cozy ambiance with a magnificent vista. The treatments I received were incredibly delightful, and an abundance of care was clearly evident in every detail. This spa in Banff has quickly become my top choice, surpassing even the renowned Banff Springs.
Jordan Green (2025-07-26, 4:56 a.m.):
I must say, this establishment comes highly recommended! The spouse and I indulged in a delightful couples massage that left us feeling utterly rejuvenated. The cherry on top? The option to luxuriate in the resort's pool and hot tubs either before or after our pampering session. While we did take a dip in the main hot tub, we relished the seclusion of the one nestled within the spa!
Layla Alexander (2025-07-23, 3:01 a.m.):
I had a splendid experience during my visit to this spa over the Christmas break. The body wrap treatment was incredibly soothing and rejuvenating! Following the treatment, I indulged in the various pools located on both the main spa level and the upper floor. Visiting in the morning meant I had the whole rooftop pool and sauna area all to myself! The panoramic views added an extra touch of luxury to my relaxation experience.

The waiting area provided complimentary tea, snacks, and water for guests to enjoy while unwinding. The changing rooms were spotless and peaceful, with secure lockers for personal belongings. I also utilized the convenient shower facilities after my visit. Although the prices were a bit steep, the exceptional quality of service and overall experience made it well worth it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
Matthew Baker (2025-07-21, 11:46 p.m.):
I visited the Meadows spa for a facial treatment a couple of days back. I must say, I'm not too thrilled with the service provided. The products they used from their "skin rejuvenation" range caused a tingling sensation on my face that felt like a slight burning during the treatment. I requested the aesthetician to switch to another product line, which helped alleviate the burning sensation to some extent. However, my skin was left highly inflamed and has since become excessively dry and flaky. Having experienced similar treatments at various other spas, I can confidently say this has been my most disappointing experience so far.
Betty Wright (2025-07-20, 6:44 a.m.):
The hot stone massage is an absolute must-do experience at this wonderful day spa!
