Incredible spot! Would absolutely suggest if you fancy a spa day in Banff. The massage was top-notch, and following that, I indulged in a soak in their secluded outdoor hot tub to further unwind. A delightful way to pass the afternoon - while massages are widely available, it was the outdoor hot tub with stunning mountain vistas that truly won me over!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The spa was immaculately clean and we indulged in a delightful couples massage for an hour. The massage therapists were incredibly friendly and attentive. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment! It was a dreadful experience as they mishandled my reservation and attempted to charge me for their mistake. When I requested to reschedule due to their error, they were uncooperative and insisted on charging me 50% for the cancellation, showing no regard for customer service. It is clear that their main focus is on money rather than customer satisfaction. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will not hesitate to share my negative experience and warn others about their questionable practices.

This spa is fantastic, mate. The rooftop pools with the views are absolutely stunning. Personally, I fancy the lower in spa pool as it's wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. I typically spend my time reading while the missus indulges in a massage.

The massages are top-notch, mate, ranging from gentle relaxation to deep therapeutic treatment. The missus always treats herself to a mani/pedicure as well. I particularly appreciate the light snacks they offer before and after the treatments.

The staff are efficient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The massage therapists really stand out from the other spas in town. It's become our little tradition to visit this place every three months for a day of relaxation. Cheers!

My mates and I popped down to the spa as a party of four for some much-needed pampering with massages and pedicures. The experience was overall quite satisfactory, although one of our crew was a bit disappointed with their massage. Despite this, the rest of us had a jolly good time. The downside came at the reception, where the staff were rather forceful in requesting gratuities. The friend who wasn't too chuffed with their treatment left a 10% tip, but apparently, it didn't meet the expectations of the staff. The unprofessional behavior of the front desk team put a damper on what could have been a splendid spa day.

As a spa guest, I had exclusive access to the rooftop pools, sauna, and hot tub, creating a serene oasis right in the heart of downtown. The views from the hot tub were simply breathtaking, and I enjoyed some delicious tea and treats while awaiting my services. Every detail, from the plush robe to the tranquil ambiance, had been carefully considered. I left feeling rejuvenated and utterly pampered. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
