August 2023 Update: Only 1 staff member... took a full 10 minutes to place my order. Another 10 to get served.

The lavatories were abysmal.

The lavatories' cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The toilet had an excess of water, resulting in splashes everywhere.

The service was prompt during my visit.
I perceive their parking to be hazardous, as one must navigate through the drive-thru lane.

I have visited numerous fast food establishments in my lifetime, and this one certainly ranks as one of the worst. While I am a fan of Harvey's, this particular location is a disappointment. It took 15 minutes to receive a wrap, with the only explanation being that chicken wraps supposedly take longer to prepare. The only other customers present returned their fries. The staff at this establishment seem disinterested in the quality of the food they serve and appear unhappy in their roles, which is evident. This was one of my most negative dining experiences to date. However, I will acknowledge that the premises were somewhat clean (I am attempting to find a positive aspect). I recommend considering closure if better employees cannot be found.

Quite disappointed with the staff and the service. My order was 053, my girlfriend and I placed our orders, our Hamburgers were suddenly out of stock, we waited for our fries and my girlfriend for her slice of opinion, they had forgotten to fry them, we waited 4 minutes before getting our fries and slices, our Hamburgers were cold, very disappointed with the service from your employees 👎

Terrible experience, staff don't give a hoot about customers. My wee buffalo was at least 2 hours old. They wrap burgers any which way they fancy. Staff gab away among themselves without a care for the folks waiting. Their cooker's on the blink. I work at Harvey's in another town and if our place ran like this, we'd be done for. Wouldn't recommend it one bit.
