Lovely service and wonderfully cooked fare, top notch!

I 'ave nevah 'ad such a RUBBISH St Hubert meal. Jus' a dozen chips, a leg, if you can even call it that, minimeel and BLOODY DRY. Last toime we go there.

During our recent order, we encountered a mishap with the poutine - it was missing initially, and when it was brought to us later, it was disappointingly cold and only half-filled with stale fries. Instead, I opted for the Bangkok salad, but to my dismay, they placed the sauce packet inside the salad alongside another sauce that had already been haphazardly dispersed throughout. Quite ordinary, I must say.

I must say, the service at this establishment was truly abysmal, leaving me quite dismayed! I had placed an order for two club sandwiches accompanied by a side of fries. To my dismay, the bread on the sandwiches was excessively burnt, with a meager amount of chicken present (barely enough for four bites per sandwich). To make matters worse, the fries provided were clearly old - limp, lacking any crispiness, and overall unappealing. Having previously worked at a St-Hubert restaurant, I can confirm without a doubt that these were old fries (the kind left sitting on the counter for too long). It is truly disheartening to encounter such incompetence on not just one, but two separate occasions. If you are considering dining at St-Hubert, I would suggest making the trek to Granby for a more satisfying experience!

The poutine 'ad a tad lackin' in sauce, if ye ask me.

I personally went through the drive-thru. It must be quite a challenge to handle the logistics of running 2 restaurants, each with its own set of demands.
Keep at it

It's the only spot where I purchase my club sandwiches.
Lauren Bennett (2025-04-16, 1:15 p.m.):
Here is a follow-up to my original post regarding St-Hubert Express L’Ange Gardien. The district manager rang me up and assured me that the staff are now well-versed in the gluten-free protocol, and anyone needing to adhere to this diet will be accommodated without any fuss. Many thanks to the lady for giving me a ring.
Louis Garcia (2025-04-15, 2:42 p.m.):
Tough, dry, flavorless chicken. Dry "creamy" coleslaw. Okay fries. Small bread is good. Sauce with a light taste as thin as water. Staff appears indifferent.
Albert Adams (2025-04-14, 8:45 p.m.):
If I could give less than 1 star, I would without hesitation! The manager, Hanakim, who is supposed to set an example for his employees, forced me to pay in cash, handled my money with his unwashed hands, hurried to the kitchen to grab our chickens and bread! Unbelievable! Upon confronting him, he appeared puzzled, seemed not to grasp the situation, likely left perturbed when I requested a complete refund. He then proceeded to put the contaminated chicken back with the others in the oven! What a restaurant to steer clear of! I won't be returning, that's for sure!
Brandon Howard (2025-04-14, 7:52 p.m.):
Absolutely scrumptious!! The grub is spot on at this place. The tables and amenities are tidy. There's a telly on the wall and plenty of parking. The only downside is that the staff are a tad slow. A bit disorganized but ever so pleasant.
