Twice today I popped out to grab an iced coffee, and both times it tasted rubbish. I requested something different because it seems they haven't got a clue on how to whip up a proper iced coffee (they didn't even have any ice to start with!), only to be told that the ice cap machine is out of commission. Oh, bother!

I must say, I haven't been back to the drive-thru for quite a while, particularly in the evenings. I requested a bag of coffee and the worker seemed to not comprehend my request. She instructed me that I needed to return to Tim's to collect my bag of coffee. I was still in the process of paying when another customer had already left. The receipt was only just printing from the cash register. It was truly disappointing and disheartening service.

Just had a right laugh at the drive-thru. The lad there didn't seem to pay me no mind when I was placing my order, a bit disrespectful if you ask me. I made it clear twice that we wanted sauces with our 'timatins' and potato wedges. But lo and behold, when I opened up the bag, no sauces to be found. We even paid extra for those!

The lass messed up me order, I did. I requested a jumbo vanilla iced cappuccino with oat milk and some toppings. But when I reached the till, she hands me a wee regular iced cappuccino with regular milk, sans toppings. And when I mentioned about the toppings, the daft lass continued to insist that I never asked for them earlier. It's obvious that I got someone else's order, innit?

Not only that, but she proceeded to yell at us as if it were our fault, displaying a tremendous amount of attitude. Simply unacceptable.

The cashier 'ardly spoke a lick o' English or French. I requested 2 large Double Doubles and a steak Chipotle wrap. Lo and behold, I received only one large double double and me wrap was served in a bloomin' bowl, with no fork to be seen. Oh blimey!
