I popped into the pharmacy on Sunday morning for the first time. There were about 6 customers in the store. A member of staff kept following me around the aisles, pretending to be busy looking for something. Despite spending $102, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
Absolutely dreadful service at this pharmacy, hands down the worst I've ever experienced. The employees at the lottery and self-service checkouts are consistently impolite. I will not be returning to this particular branch, that's for sure.
Great shop. I frequently visit this place to purchase my facial cleanser and other skincare items. The snacks can be quite a steal when they're discounted. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We once sought advice from a pharmacist named Fady about an ailment, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.

I went to the pharmacy and paid for my prescription, but when I got home, I realized I couldn't take the medication due to complications I had experienced in the past. When I went back to the pharmacy, they tried offering me a different medication but refused to give me a refund for the one I returned. Instead, they attempted to restock the medication to sell it to another customer. In the end, I had to pay for both the new and the old medication. It was only after I complained about being charged for the returned medication that they gave it back to me, as I had already paid for it. There is no visible return policy on their website, and even if they give you the wrong medication, they won't refund your money but are willing to take it back and resell it for profit.
The staff at this pharmacy are really helpful and friendly. The store is quite big and has a great selection of products. Getting prescription refills is super easy here.

Oh, dear me! I must say, this pharmacy appears to be in quite a disheveled state. It could certainly benefit from a good tidy-up and some proper organization. Goodness gracious, cleanliness is paramount in such establishments!

I was at the self-checkout in the store, and there was an employee just standing there, watching my every move as if they didn't trust me. Not everyone is a thief, so it made me feel really uncomfortable.
This whole crew is brilliant. Tanay knows their stuff when it comes to beauty, the cashiers are super friendly, and the pharmacy team goes the extra mile. I can't recommend them enough!
We went to visit the prescribing pharmacist on a Sunday. The pharmacist was fantastic, very professional and accommodating. The store is large and well-lit.
The manager is very experienced in customer relations. If I were to purchase something that isn't working, they are good about issuing refunds or exchanges, whether it's a Shopper's product or from another company. Cheers!
I must say, I had a rather unpleasant experience today at the store. When I walked in, there was nobody else around except for a lady who was busy sweeping near the till. I approached the till, which wasn't marked as closed, and tried to get her attention for assistance. However, she insisted that we use the self-checkouts instead. Personally, I'm not a fan of them as I believe they are displacing jobs. Perhaps if the store had been busy, I could understand, but it wasn't the case. So, feeling frustrated, I left my items at the register and decided not to return. Overall, not impressed with the service I received.
It appears that the store's management or the owner seems to lack concern for the issues raised by customers at this establishment. It seems to be their policy to closely monitor and track customer activities in a rather intimidating manner. This situation occurs far too frequently, with employees lingering at the end of aisles staring patrons down, awkwardly positioning themselves in the middle of aisles, or pretending to browse nearby customers. The surveillance is glaringly obvious and entirely uncalled for.
I have never felt more uneasy while shopping in a store. Do you have surveillance cameras installed in your premises? I would recommend relying on those for security purposes. If theft is a recurring issue, there are certainly more humane and respectful methods of prevention available. We are no longer in the year 1995, after all.
The staff at this store exhibit minimal customer service skills and display rudeness while feigning politeness. I will not be contacting the store directly; instead, I plan to reach out to the corporate head office. It appears some individuals have attempted to address these concerns with the store to no avail. I trust that such incidents will not recur, and that necessary changes will be implemented. I will document my next shopping experience and share it publicly. The abysmal customer service and invasive monitoring practices employed at this store are truly cringeworthy, distasteful, and unacceptable. It is disgraceful to treat the public in such a manner. It is my understanding that these actions are likely instructed by higher-ups; however, there is room for improvement, Shoppers.
