Absolutely atrocious service. It's not just a one-time occurrence, it's always terrible! Every time I try to return something, there are always issues. When you go to customer service for a return, it's best to ask for a supervisor right away. Otherwise, the answer is always NO, YOU CAN'T RETURN IT. And when you ask why, the response is simply BECAUSE. In my recent experience, they couldn't even help a pregnant woman carry her new stroller to her car (she was in her last month of pregnancy). Their response was IT'S NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. The staff is far from excellent and friendly. This place will only grow larger and more insufferable. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This here Walmart is a mighty big one with a grand grocery section that carries a fine selection of kosher foods. There's plenty of free parking available, and I can't rightly remember ever having to wait more than 5 minutes to check out. A top-notch shopping experience, if you ask me!

You can't go wrong with this Walmart, mate.
The staff are always friendly and ready to lend a hand. The place is well-maintained, with products usually in stock. There are heaps of deals on all sorts of goodies. The location is spotless, too.
And get this, this Walmart even has a McDonald's inside it. Cheers!

Lines were interminable this evening. We opted for self-checkout. Not convenient as an attendant had to intervene when the items were scanned too quickly and didn't register on the screen. They claimed I scanned the items 'too fast'. Then had to go back and verify that ALL items were scanned correctly. Indeed, all 18 items were scanned correctly. Paid with a credit card 💳. Thank you for looking into that... Another reason why I am not fond of self-checkout at all in Walmart. 🙄
The store was extremely packed and to top it off, it was pouring rain, with customers blocking the exits waiting for the rain to cease. It's just regular rainwater after all... A few drops won't do any harm... Blocking exits is also a hazard... Guess they didn't consider that... 😕

Absolutely adored it until last night, wherefore I wended my way hither for the toy, of which their system displayed 7 pieces in stock. Inquired of 2 staff members who were rather amiable and directed me to the proper locale, whilst there were 2 other ladies toiling in the toys department who behaved most discourteously and showed scant inclination to render aid in any wise.

Walmart is always a jolly good spot for a wide array of goods at quite reasonable prices, I must say. On this particular occasion, I strolled in to sort out a wee dilemma my son had encountered - he had purchased a Minecraft gift card, only to find that the code had been obscured by a stubborn sticker. The fine fellows at Walmart's customer service truly outdid themselves in resolving the issue promptly, and kindly replaced the gift card for us. A tip of the hat to you all for your exceptional assistance!

I usually purchase items from Costco because I believe Costco offers better prices. However, after comparing some products with Walmart, I found that they are very similar in price. For instance, you can buy 3 loaves of whole wheat bread for $5.99 at Costco, but just one loaf costs $2.26 at Walmart. Nevertheless, you have the option to purchase 3 loaves for $6 at Walmart without needing a membership. In conclusion, I must say that I am still satisfied with my purchases from Costco.

This Walmart is quite typical in terms of its product offerings and layout. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it often has many items out of stock, leading to bare shelves.

This here store be one of the grandest in all of Amherst. When ye be comparing prices to them other supermarkets, ye'll find they be better here. Aye, there be three competitors close by, but the staff here be as helpful as can be. Though, there be a bit of a snag with the laws and regulations not always bein' followed to a T. Sometimes the prices be differin' from what be displayed once ye bring yer goods to the counter. And there be some snap-happy folk takin' photos without askin', even though the staff themselves don't know that such actions be regulated by the country's privacy laws. Arrr, a right old mix-up, it be.

Their pharmacy is absolutely dreadful, I must say. If they don't wish to mix your medications, they'll simply spin a yarn about their inability to do so. There's a little Oriental girl with braces who is the most ignorant individual I've encountered; she truly has no business in customer service. And don't get me started on the wait time for medications—if they do agree to fill your prescription, be prepared for it to take three times longer than other pharmacies at Walk Mart. Frankly, the whole lot of them should be given their marching orders! I personally have been mistreated there on three separate occasions, and I've witnessed other patrons getting rather vexed during my visits.

Not impressed, mate. Firstly, all the clothing sections are clearly labeled except for the bloke's department. You've got women's, boys, girls, intimates, basics. Had to ask someone for help there. And half the gear either doesn't have sizes on 'em at all or they're wrong. Couldn't find a single size 32 in any section I was checkin' out.
Terry Kim (2025-06-14, 5:53 p.m.):
Found what we were looking for, but encountered a little snag. Asked the cashier to place two items in a large bag, but they insisted on putting them in two small separate bags instead. My husband and I have difficulty walking and carrying items as we both use canes. The items were longer than the bags, making it challenging to hold onto and walk with. Overall, not a pleasant ending experience at this Walmart. 😢
Amelia Davis (2025-06-14, 3:48 p.m.):
I've come across some wonderful staff, however it appears that the greeters only acknowledge white individuals. The last 4 or 5 visits I've made, they have not greeted me at all. Yet, they are prompt to greet the white customers behind me. Quite disappointing, I must say.
Henry Thomas (2025-06-14, 1:43 a.m.):
I shan't be shopping here again, old chap. That cashier, David, just chucked all our grub onto the 12x12 counter after scanning it, until our food was tumbling all over the deck, and then you start bagging it. When I mentioned that the victuals were spilling everywhere and needed to be bagged, I was told it's not obligatory for him to bag the groceries. I retorted that it's daft to just pile it up until it topples onto the floor, forcing the customer to pick it up and start bagging. The response I got was that respect goes both ways, sister. I never spend less than £400 every jaunt to Walmart. I solely frequent this Walmart for all my needs. Your rude customer service today has guaranteed that this "sister" won't be returning. Terribly disappointed in Walmart.
Jordan Reyes (2025-06-11, 1:23 a.m.):
It's brilliant, I absolutely adore that they carry this Polly Pocket toy!
Doris Cook (2025-06-09, 3:43 a.m.):
It can be quite challenging to locate staff for assistance if you have any inquiries.
Denise Ford (2025-06-05, 6:29 p.m.):
It's always a jolly good time shopping there, smashing prices!
Sandra Morgan (2025-06-05, 12:59 p.m.):
I'm always a massive fan of Walmart for a cracking deal. This was a proper big store and a jolly good adventure. Highly recommend it, I do.
Stephanie Cook (2025-06-05, 9:44 a.m.):
Looking for passport photos? The Photos Unlimited shop is quite the rip-off spot. They charge $45.99 for 2 pictures, or offer them "for free" with a $99 photo package. I'd suggest seeking out other options if possible.
Mark Ramirez (2025-06-05, 7:14 a.m.):
The plaza where Walmart is located is in a rather decent area. Upon initial entry, it may appear slightly dilapidated, but the staff is exceedingly friendly and there is a wide variety of food options available, including a McDonald's. I would highly recommend it.
