Considering looking for a different Pharmacy. I phoned in a prescription on Monday 06/03 for pick up the next day, but when I stopped by, they said the script needed a refill from the doctor. I'm used to seeing a pill bottle that says Refills: 1. Shouldn't 24-48 hours notice be sufficient? I don't appreciate being misled like this.

We made the switch to Yurek from a big chain pharmacy three years back, and generally speaking, the service is decent - both pick up and delivery are usually reliable, and some pharmacy staff have gone out of their way to meet our needs. My partner and I both have multiple prescriptions, and I make sure to keep on top of refill requests, so it's really disheartening and stressful when unnecessary hurdles pop up. Lately, we've faced a few problems like receiving the wrong meds despite providing the RX number, medications not being ready on time despite giving days of notice and clear pickup times, and dealing with a particularly rude pharmacy staffer over the phone who was unwilling to fill a prescription just one day early to accommodate our holiday travel plans (a request that has been granted before for a medication we've never misused). I'm giving this place a three-star review based on our past experiences, but honestly, we're considering finding another pharmacy if these issues persist.

I scoured this place for my initial review and it seems to have disappeared. Quite baffled as to why that is. 😆 lol. They had me buy an overly pricey lift that left me stranded numerous times, total fubar situation. The owner did reply once, mentioning something about talking it over, but it's been quite some time and no action taken. They owe me roughly 90 bucks for parts covered under warranty, yet I was made to pay with an attitude like it was a favor. Being in my senior years, I really need that money refunded. Their expertise seems to lie in selling faulty lifts; those brushes failed miserably and should have been replaced when they were servicing this shoddily assembled unit called SERENITY, what a joke. The least this establishment can do is return my 90 bucks, as per the warranty. Installation in February 2021 cost me 6000 dollars!!!

Additionally, in July 2021, I shelled out 4,227 dollars for a premium wheelchair 5VX. Two main support bolts for the armrest snapped off completely, and both armrest coverings are cracked plastic. I was informed there's no warranty coverage and that I must pay a service fee for a visit. I sought help from a London-based company, and they assisted me at no cost. No surprises, no assistance from Urerks here. So, BEWARE!!! They are after your money 💰.

I made the switch to Yurek’s back in June, and right off the bat I could tell they were quite busy and short-handed on staff. I've encountered several issues with my prescriptions that I had to catch myself. Just today, I realized that I was missing 31 pills from a 90-day prescription, which equated to a whopping $1400. When I got home and counted, I couldn't believe there were only 59 pills in the bottle. It was a costly oversight on their part. That was the tipping point for me, and I have decided to completely change pharmacies. I've had enough of these errors. They seem to mean well, but they are just not meeting the standards due to being understaffed and prone to losing track of things quickly.

The most helpful pharmacy in town that I've been to! I had to ring 'round everywhere, and they were the only place that offered to place an order for me so it could arrive within 2 days. They even provide delivery for folks who can't make it in person. Highly recommend!
