This outfit right 'ere ain't the most reasonable nor customer-friendly, I tell ya. Had me trip all set to head out to Banff for the day, when suddenly the weather took a turn for the worse the night afore. And would ya believe it, these blokes refused to give me money back or even offer a credit! I'd steer clear of this lot if ye ever plan on goin' on any trips in the future, that's for sure.

We've been on multiple tours with Pursuit. The staff was incredibly friendly from the get-go during the booking process. The guides were all welcoming, insightful, and provided a wealth of information. The icefield and skywalk were truly awe-inspiring and left a lasting impression. You simply must experience it for yourself. A huge THANK YOU once more to the team at PURSUIT!!! Cheers from Germany, and on our next visit to Canada, we'll be sure to explore the other packages they offer.

Banff is such a lovely spot to explore, although I must say I might have picked a different time than Victoria Day as it was absolutely packed. I'll make sure to return when things have calmed down a bit. Can't get enough of Banff!

Having encountered some hiccups with our reservations and customer service, I got in touch with Heather and she was absolutely fantastic! Her assistance was invaluable and she truly went the extra mile to support us. She provided top-notch customer service! I honestly believe that our visit to Banff wouldn't have been as great without her. Massive thanks to Heather!!

Not a good employer, they like taking your EI premiums but don't try to use them when they reduce your hours. Another useless company and restaurants.

While arranging our travel plans in advance, I stumbled upon Brewster Sightseeing online. It was a delight to discover that they offered tours to all the must-see attractions on our Bucket List. I was able to easily book and prepay for these excursions ahead of time, ensuring our spots were secured.
We opted for the Glacier Adventure Tour and embarked on a journey aboard the Terra Truck onto the breathtaking Athabasca Glacier. Our guide was charming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work maneuvering that massive ice explorer vehicle. The experience on the glacier was truly extraordinary.
We also visited the Glacier Skywalk, where we were transported to and from a stunning glass platform overlooking the Sunwapta Valley. Both experiences filled an entire day, and there was no need to be wary of heights.
Furthermore, we indulged in the Maligne Lake Cruise to Spirit Island the following day. The 90-minute cruise was delightful, and Spirit Island was absolutely mesmerizing. Once again, we had a friendly and informative guide/boat captain.
We were thoroughly impressed with Brewster's services and would highly recommend them to anyone. I'd advise booking in advance as these tours are quite popular. And don't forget to dress warmly, as it can get quite windy in all three locations.

Marvelous trip and all that jazz
Methinks they've made strides.
Bobby Gutierrez (2025-06-18, 5:30 a.m.):
I recently went on a Glacier tour and I must say, it was quite disappointing. For the price they charge, I expected to have more time on the Glacier itself. Instead, we only got 30 minutes and didn't even get close to the icefield. Also, being forced to do the skywalk was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I wouldn't recommend spending $100 on this experience, as you can get a similar one just by walking to the toe of the Glacier.
Jessica Sanders (2025-06-16, 12:19 a.m.):
Just booked the Ultimate Explorer Collection with tours to Maligne Lake Cruise, Columbia Ice Fields Trip, Columbia Skywalk, and Banff Gondola. What a fantastic experience! Everything ran like clockwork, although there was a slight change in the trip time which they informed me about via email - though a phone call or text may have been more effective. The guides were all super friendly and really knew their stuff. We'll definitely be using Pursuit again, no question about it.
Carl Carter (2025-06-15, 11:54 p.m.):
The customer service and support be very poor, mate. I emailed them twice from their website and direct email but never received any response. Quite disappointing, I must say.
Randy Butler (2025-06-15, 11:36 a.m.):
Our driver Tim was absolutely brilliant.
Riley Roberts (2025-06-07, 3:36 p.m.):
I recently organized a large group of approximately 50 guests traveling from England to explore the Rockies, including visits to the Jasper Skywalk and the Glacier Bus Ride. Throughout the planning process, I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin Coates, and I must say, her assistance was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, she was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. When there were changes to be made within the group, Caitlin handled everything efficiently and was always available to support me whenever needed. Caitlin is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the company, and Pursuit Company is fortunate to have dedicated employees like her. Well done, Caitlin Coates! I look forward to the opportunity to work with you again in the near future. Thank you for everything.
Judy Williams (2025-06-06, 2:56 a.m.):
Highly adaptable and a breeze to collaborate with.
Russell Perry (2025-06-05, 6:47 a.m.):
Ah, well blimey, let me set the scene for you. I recently found meself receiving another chap's tickets in me email inbox. This tour operator seems to be lackin' proper procedures to safeguard yer privacy, turnin' a blind eye to simple best practices that could easily be put in place to protect their customers. When I kindly asked 'em to cease sendin' me emails with other folk's information, the operator completely brushed off me request and hit me with a cheeky 'Thanks so much, bye.' Not only was this a saucy and dismissive response, mind you, but I do 'ave the legal right to 'ave me request respected, don't I?
Stephanie Anderson (2025-06-04, 3:03 a.m.):
Christina and Priscillia were absolutely splendid! They were incredibly professional and expertly navigated me through a plethora of options as I mulled over dates for our upcoming stay. Their wealth of knowledge about Banff and Jasper was truly impressive, and they swiftly addressed all my inquiries. I am delighted I reached out to them as it ultimately led to us securing a booking!
Keith Ward (2025-06-02, 6:22 a.m.):
I'm not entirely certain why there are so many negative reviews. I've experienced Brewster tours, their ski destination buses, and airport shuttles, and I must say they are always remarkably punctual with knowledgeable guides. While it may be pricey, the value received is well worth the cost.
Susan Rogers (2025-06-01, 4:18 a.m.):
I had a fantastic Athabaskan Glacier icefield tour with Rocco yesterday! It was lovely to meet another Ontarian. Rocco was incredibly knowledgeable, addressing all our queries and proving himself a natural guide. That said, the parking signage at this Jasper spot could use some improvement – it was quite confusing to locate parking upon arrival. Remember to dress warmly as it gets very windy on the glacier, and bring a water bottle to collect some glacier water!
Peter Nelson (2025-05-26, 10:48 p.m.):
Caution to potential buyers, I recently bought 4 gondola tickets totaling $260 only to be charged $344.33. After two phone calls, I was informed that they had transitioned to a new billing system causing overcharges for customers. Despite acknowledging the issue, they declined to refund the excess amount or the full sum, citing ongoing IT resolution efforts. I'm left feeling cheated of $85 with no clear timeline or process for reimbursement, and unhelpful customer service exacerbating the situation.
Nicole Bennett (2025-05-26, 10:22 a.m.):
Brilliant tour with a very knowledgeable coach driver, John, and guide, Josh. It was fantastic learning the history behind each stop. The cruise along Lake Mallawanka was absolutely spectacular. The lunch provided was top-notch. I definitely would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fulfilling experience.
Margaret Barnes (2025-05-25, 11:46 a.m.):
We 'ad a jolly good tour with Brewsters 'round Banff. Our guide Lauren and driver Jim were absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, and top-notch professionals. We 'ad a grand time indeed. Cheers!
