I recently had a fantastic experience at Remedy Spa with Casey. She gave me a Superfacial with dermaplaning and I was very impressed with her professionalism and warm demeanor. As this was my first time trying dermaplaning, Casey took the time to explain the process and the benefits in great detail. She also asked me many questions to ensure she understood not only my skincare needs but also my preferences and habits. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt amazing for days afterwards.
Casey recommended a few products to me, and I could tell she really listened to what I was saying as her suggestions aligned perfectly with my preferences. There was no pressure to purchase, just genuine advice. I ended up buying the recommended products and I am absolutely loving them! The post-treatment lounge and treat were the perfect way to end my visit.
I only wish I could find a spa and service provider in my own city that I enjoy as much as I did at Remedy. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend to others.
