I absolutely adored my experience at the SPA. The service I received was top-notch. The massage I had was simply divine, and the masseuse was truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it. While it may not be affordable for everyone, indulging in a little self-care is truly priceless.
Megan Carter (2025-05-21, 8:37 p.m.):
Lovely spa, very attentive staff.
The spa boasts diverse relaxation areas and you'll have a good couple hours to explore them all.
Booking ahead is a must, but it ensures a more intimate experience as this gem of a spa remains small-scale.
Just be aware that your relaxation time is limited to 2 hours, which is ample but personally speaking, I could have happily indulged for longer!
Don't miss checking out their animals out back!
Jennifer Scott (2025-05-19, 1:27 p.m.):
Absolutely fantastic experience! The Spa is situated in a stunning location right in the heart of the bay. The staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly. The massage therapists were attentive and highly skilled.
Rachel Roberts (2025-05-17, 5:55 a.m.):
We stayed in the Gare section, which we found delightful due to its clever foldaway beds that maximized space. The spa, ice rink, and onsite restaurants were fantastic. The location is perfect for winter activities like skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking.
Philip Ortiz (2025-05-17, 2:53 a.m.):
Compact yet incredibly inviting, the vista is simply magnificent.
Sophia Sanchez (2025-05-12, 4:58 p.m.):
Great cost-benefit ratio, I must say! Nevertheless, the seating situation is a tad bothersome. Many patrons secure seats by leaving their towels or robes on them, which can be quite frustrating for others looking to sit. On the bright side, the view is simply splendid and the place is spotless! Just a heads up, remember to bring your own sandals as they will try to charge you $19.99 for flip-flops that are probably worth no more than $0.99!!!
Dylan Reed (2025-05-12, 5:38 a.m.):
Quite lovely, but could use a few more cozy spots by the pool to unwind.
Sarah Perry (2025-05-12, 5:37 a.m.):
I'm afraid I must express my disappointment with the experience at this spa. There were several issues with maintenance that detracted from our visit:

- The state of the bathroom left much to be desired, with a toilet seat in deplorable condition – an unfortunate oversight for a facility of this caliber.
- The outdoor baths presented their own challenges, with the heated pool being hotter than the spa itself and the latter emitting a strong smell of bleach, which compromised the overall experience.
- In terms of infrastructure, a guardrail for descending into the spa water was broken, posing potential safety hazards.
- The headrests in the dry sauna were also broken and looked like they hadn't been replaced in a considerable amount of time.

Given the price of $60 per person, I had anticipated better-maintained facilities and more comfortable amenities. In conclusion, the maintenance standards at this spa fall short of expectations.
Kevin Kim (2025-05-10, 9:25 p.m.):
During the winter season, the spa may seem cozy and intimate, but it can also feel a bit cramped with limited relaxation areas.
Aaron Miller (2025-05-10, 4:56 a.m.):
They do not let you do anything.
Randy Turner (2025-05-05, 9:53 a.m.):
The SPA venue... quite posh & the massage therapists are really not up to par.
The facilities are fairly tidy. Absurd bathroom situation.
The manager is dreadfully daft and patronizing... insistent on being right despite this older lady having very little clue and lacking competence.
Lovely facade... yet overpriced for what you get.
Logan Clark (2025-05-04, 7:41 p.m.):
Great spot!!! The site and the view are absolutely stunning!!! A very tidy and stylish hotel! The lunch buffet was top-notch!!!! The only downside was that I felt there was a shortage of little details for guests in the rooms... Given the price paid! It would also be lovely if the spas were part of the room rate...
Shirley Robinson (2025-05-04, 4:11 p.m.):
Absolutely fantastic experience!

I simply adored it, the 2-hour time slot offers ample opportunity to make the most of all the facilities and unwind, and the price is quite reasonable. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly!

The breathtaking scenery outside is just magnificent, with the snow, cows in the neighboring meadows, and the soothing music creating a perfectly relaxing ambiance together!

The timings enable you to enjoy the spa with a small, intimate group of people. Clocks are conveniently placed in various spots but do not disturb the relaxation. The different areas are wonderfully diverse and complement each other beautifully.

The schedule from 4 pm to 6 pm allows you to relish the scenery during both daylight and sunset! I highly recommend visiting during the winter months instead.
Chloe Jordan (2025-05-04, 5:08 a.m.):
Stunning spa, top-notch service, though somewhat on the petite side and a tad pricey in comparison with others in the area.
Madison Cox (2025-05-01, 6:34 p.m.):
Absolutely loved my massage with Marlène on Sunday. It was truly incredible and I had such a wonderful experience at the spa. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!
Keith Graham (2025-05-01, 4:31 p.m.):
This was my second time visiting Spa Nordique Le Germain. The thermal experience is truly exceptional!

I must say, the only downside was the welcome and the service, which left something to be desired. I felt like I was being scolded multiple times for arbitrary rules that weren't even related to COVID.
Carolyn Ortiz (2025-04-30, 6:33 a.m.):
Absolutely splendid location! Impeccably maintained, spacious, and all the facilities were in perfect working order!
Andrea Martinez (2025-04-29, 2:38 p.m.):
Hello fellow spa enthusiasts, if you're planning on indulging in a thermal experience, don't forget to pack a pair of sandals🩴. If you overlook this essential item, you may find yourself shelling out a bit more at the spa for a pair, which comes with a hefty price tag. Alternatively, you can opt to explore nearby markets for cheaper options. I made the mistake of not bringing sandals and had to purchase a pair at a premium price, wasting both money and time. While my friends enjoyed their thermal experience, I lost interest and decided to treat myself to a massage session, only to be informed that it wasn't available on Mondays but would be on Wednesdays. This lack of clarity and scheduling issues left me feeling disappointed. So, before booking a massage, make sure to double-check availability with the spa to avoid any unforeseen setbacks. 😔 😟 🙁 😥 😞
