I do truly wish I'd perused the reviews ere reaching out to this lot. Prior to setup, they'll engage in conversation with you. Two days post-installation, an issue cropped up stemming from their installation and there's nary a soul willing to answer the phone or chat with you any longer.
Initially, they fed me false information to push a contraption on me. T'was not until three weeks later that I discovered said contraption ain't reporting to Revenue Quebec as it ought to. Ring them up and no one deigns to answer the blower and converse with you. They shifted to texting and provided a telephone number for me to dial. Discovered that said telephone number has naught to do with the pickle I find myself in.
In short: still on the hunt for another supplier to come rectify their fumble and now I'm entangled with Revenue Quebec due to their bungling and non-existent after-sales service.
TAKE A CHANCE ON THEM IF YOU DARE, FOR THEY DID NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR I BESTOWED UPON THEM.
