We had the pleasure of embarking on the Maligne Lake Cruise, and it was truly a splendid experience. Our knowledgeable guide, Flora, provided insightful commentary and invaluable assistance throughout the journey, enhancing our enjoyment of the tour. Equally accommodating was our driver, John, who graciously paused at various points to allow us to capture pictures of the wildlife we encountered, including Elk, Deer, and Long-horned sheep, as well as the breathtaking landscapes of lakes, rivers, and mountains. I absolutely recommend Brewster Sightseeing. We went on two tours with them - the Explore Banff with Gondola and Lake Minnewanka cruise, and the Columbia Icefield Discovery Tour. Both tours were absolutely amazing. My favorite was definitely the Explore Banff tour - there was so much to see and do! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and the hot lunch provided on both days was top-notch. We will definitely be booking with them again.

Our clan of six recently hopped on the Mountain Lakes & Waterfalls tour. This jaunt turned out to be one of the finest excursions I’ve partaken in for quite some time. Setting aside the breathtaking landscapes and captivating vistas for a moment, a standout factor for our exceptional experience was our coachman Andy and our guide Noosa. Andy was truly exceptional. His grasp of the region and its history is truly remarkable. Their bus timetables are quite confusing; they failed to provide important travel and parking details to their customers; they struggled with organizing their tours to ensure they start on time and match what was advertised on their website and booking platform—our tour missed out on 2 of the 6 attractions promised in our itinerary; it's hard to believe they actually received any TripAdvisor award they boast about.

I utilized Brewster for shuttle service from Banff town to the nearby ski resorts like Lake Louise and Sunshine Village. The rides were cozy, even in the midst of heavy snowfall. The only area for enhancement is the equipment storage, which left something to be desired. I was quite disappointed to see skis and snowboards stored haphazardly across all compartments, rather than being stowed according to each stop (e.g. first compartment for the first stop). This simple organization system could prevent confusion and ensure that skiers and riders do not accidentally walk off with equipment that isn't theirs.
