Brewster tours were absolutely fantastic! I have a bit of trouble with my legs and one arm, so I rely on a cane for support. Molly and Gerald were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me. Molly even graciously offered to help carry my camera to some spots that I thought I wouldn't be able to reach without slowing down the group. She also ensured I had no trouble getting my buffet lunch.
Their commentary was not only engaging but also educational. It was truly a delightful day out.

Gerry and Mary Ann took us for a delightful boat tour at Maligne Lake. Mary Ann was incredibly kind and made sure to personally ensure that everyone was accounted for during pick-ups. Our guides were both extremely knowledgeable and made a point to highlight all the noteworthy sights so we could capture great photographs.
We were fortunate to spot a variety of wildlife along the way - a moose, a massive elk, and even three bears! Gerry had a keen eye for these sightings, promptly stopping the coach so we could appreciate them up close and snap fantastic photos. He also provided valuable cautionary advice about the potential dangers of encountering wildlife, sharing a personal anecdote about a run-in with a female elk.

The recent phone service is just dreadful, had to endure a whole 45 minutes on hold before finally managing to secure my ticket. It used to be much simpler when we could ring up the Brewster Bus Depot in Banff directly, never waiting more than 2 minutes. I frequented the Brewster bus service a fair bit from Lake Louise to Calgary and back. It truly takes away from the experience when you have to wait so long just to book a ticket. Nonetheless, the bus rides themselves are fantastic, with consistently excellent drivers.

Brad was an absolute gem and looked after my missus and me splendidly. We were fortunate to have him accompany us on two occasions - once for the Mountains, Lakes, and Waterfalls expedition and later for the Columbia Icefields adventure. His witty banter and friendly demeanor made our trips truly memorable.
It was a real shame we didn't have the pleasure of Brad's company for the Lake Maligne and Spirit Island excursion. Nevertheless, we were thoroughly impressed by the Brewster team as a whole. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services! Cheers!

I've had some cracking trips with Brewster before, but I must say, the lakes and waterfalls tours during shoulder season didn't quite tick all my boxes. I reckon it must be absolutely smashing during high season. Perhaps they should consider extending the April tours into May if they can manage it. Cheers!

We recently experienced the lakes & waterfall tour with Eric & Ciaran, and it was absolutely fantastic! These two were not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very entertaining. The tour itself was breathtaking, and the buffet lunch provided was simply delightful. Eric’s expertise on each destination we visited was remarkable, and his expert driving skills navigating the bus up the winding roads to the waterfalls were impressive. Ciaran, on the other hand, kept us in stitches throughout the tour, joining us on hikes and pointing out the best spots for photos.
As a perfect ending to our day, we were treated to hot beverages and cookies before boarding the bus for our return journey.
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, especially with the fantastic duo of Eric and Ciaran leading the way!

I was parked, minding me own business, enjoying the park just like any other visitor 'as a lovely right to', when I was yelled at by the bus driver of this tour company for parking in 'their' bus spot. I drive an extra long van and there were no other spaces I could fit in. I understand ye want yer tours to 'ave priority, but everyone is allowed to enjoy this beautiful place. As a woman by meself, I felt like he was intimidating me and frankly rude. I do not support businesses who treat people as such.
