I must say, I had a splendid experience at Simply Computing. I first dealt with Ima, who was an absolute gem - patient, kind, and quick. She truly made the whole process a delight. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to visit Simply Computing.

A week later, I returned and was assisted by Jonathan Holland. He truly exceeded all expectations and displayed endless patience. Once again, a big thank you to Simply Computing for their exceptional service.

The chaps over at Simply Computing are always smashing. The thing I appreciate most about their service is their total helpfulness, even when calamity strikes.

I've had the bad luck of having two of my family's laptops kick the bucket this year. Although they couldn't be fixed cost-effectively, the folks at Simply were incredibly helpful in sourcing a similar used replacement for me. They even patiently carried out battery diagnostics to assess the battery health of the laptops I was considering.

This week, when I popped in to collect my wife's deceased Macbook Air, I was eyeing up two replacement used models. After a closer inspection and battery check, the tech recommended that neither were particularly stellar and that he might have a better one at the same price in the back. Lo and behold, he did.

It would have been quite easy for him to push for a decision between the two inferior models, which would have been more beneficial for Simply to clear out their inventory. After all, I had already made the decision to purchase a replacement and had narrowed it down to the two in front of me.

All in all, it was top-notch service, and with each visit, they continue to earn my trust.

After nine years, it was high time for a fresh MacBook, you know what I'm saying? So, I called up the shop and lo and behold, there was this automated voice going on about texting them. I thought, why not give it a go?

So, I shot a text over and this lad Sarthak gets back to me, and we end up having a right good chat via text. I reckon, "Alright, I'll pop in tomorrow morning."

And so I did.

I rock up at the shop (there's this Scottish bloke, never caught his name though) and he sorts me out in person. Before I know it, I'm walking out with a shiny new MacBook Pro, all thanks to these top-notch interactions.

Let me tell you, way better craic than dealing with the Apple Store, and the warranty options? Don't even get me started. Solid stuff!

I popped in to sort out me laptop that weren't running as it should. The battery was moving slow, it was overheating, needed a charger all the time, and the screen was on its way out. I was a bit worried about the cost of fixing it and feared I might have to fork out for a new one. Luckily, Andrew, the boss man, was a gem. He was proper thorough, honest as the day is long, and took the time to answer all me questions. He hooked me up with a top-notch refurbished model that works like a charm. Plus, there was a payment plan option I signed on for which took the edge off paying for a new laptop. He got a tech to transfer all me data from the old one to the new machine. It was the smoothest experience. I'd recommend swinging by Simply Computing even before heading to the Apple Store. I swear you'll get top-notch service.
