The chap on the phone got all bent out of shape, started yelling at me, and then abruptly hung up. Apparently, he reckons he's got the best prices and products in town. Well, I wasn't having any of that, so I decided to give Apple a call, even though my warranty had expired. Lo and behold, they offered me a quote that was $50 cheaper than his! So much for not being able to find a better deal elsewhere.
