Update: I recently received a rather strong-worded message from the proprietor, which may have contained some threatening language. Following my review, we were eventually able to obtain the receipts and receive a call back.
My experience at this establishment was quite disorganized. I visited for a massage on October 19th. The receptionist requested that we fill out a form and attempted to upsell us on additional treatments, asserting that they would be covered by insurance regardless.
Upon completion of the service, the therapist handed us a payment receipt and assured us that the official receipt for insurance purposes would be sent to our email. However, upon returning to Ontario, we never received said email. Subsequent attempts to follow up via phone were met with requests for our email address again, as if it had never been provided initially (despite being on the form we filled out). To make matters worse, our calls were subsequently ignored.
While the therapists may indeed be registered massage therapists, the fact that they were unable to provide us with an official receipt immediately following the service remains a mystery to me. The reaction of the owner only served to compound my stress.
In light of these experiences, I would advise others to steer clear of this establishment.

Just 5 minutes before it was due to begin, I was informed that they were not affiliated with Manulife, meaning I wouldn't be able to get reimbursed for the service. What a disappointment - I traveled for an hour only to be faced with the option of paying out of pocket or leaving. A frustrating experience, to say the least.

I 'ad a proper 75 minute full body massage with Ian Tiniedo. Bloke worked on me shoulder and lower back, and let me tell ya, 'e was always 'itting the right spots. I wished I 'ad gone for the 90 minute session 'cause 'e made me feel so relaxed. I felt like a brand new person when I walked out.
Ian's got a great bedside manner and 'e's right polite. 'E made sure the pressure and the area 'e was workin' on was just right. I've gotta say, 'e was brilliant.
The whole crew is top notch as well. Karen who welcomed me and Amiee when I arrived were both right friendly. It's a solid team they've got there.
I'd absolutely recommend this place if you're lookin' to relax after all them outdoor activities.
