I submitted my PR application independently after receiving the ITA in March 2020. However, my PR application was declined in Feb' 2021 due to some missing information in the documents. I consulted with various immigration consultants and lawyers but none of them could pinpoint the issue in my application. Additionally, they were hesitant to take on a file that had already been rejected.
Then a friend recommended Stepwise Immigration to me. Mr. Navjot personally reviewed my file and quickly identified the areas where my application was lacking during our initial meeting.
I resubmitted my application through Stepwise Immigration in April 2021 and received my CoPR in the second week of August 2021.
Throughout the process, the entire team was highly responsive to any queries I had and handled the process with great responsibility. Furthermore, their processing fee was very reasonable compared to others in the market.

If I 'ad t'give 0 stars I would. Don't use 'em if ye be LGBTQ queer, trans, nonbinary or disabled or female presentin'.
Firstly 'e didn't Show up. I 'ad t'reach out after 5-10 mins only t'be told 'is son be sick an' 'e 'as t'step out. Valid, life 'appens but what's not acceptable or valid in anyway be that not one reached out or called, I 'ad t'be the one t'do so after 5-10 mins of waitin'. (That bein' said the person I set the appointment with on the phone were really respectful).
Through the whole appointment me partner refered to me on every occasion usin' they/them pronouns an' the person conductin' the consultation ignored 'im an' kept usin' she/her. Me pronouns were not respected an' I didn't feel SAFE while with a LAWYER in Canada.
The appointment were set due t'me status as an international student shiftin' since I'm droppin' out. Now in the same time I'm explainin' this situation 'e decides that it's okay behavior t'look at me partner who be cisgender male an' say " yer still in university with no problems Right, ye must be smart". Excuse me not only be this extremely unprofessional it's also disrespectful t'say since I'm yer client an' we didn't ask for yer personal opinions. We be here for visa purposes!! This were extremely misagonistic, abelist an' tone deaf. An' it's shows a lack of nauance on 'is part as it doesn't take into account male previliege, cisgender previliege, straight previliege, an' able body an' mind previliege.
As a disabled trans nonbinary queer person who literally 'ad t'leave school due t'me disability gettin' too 'ard for me t'function at school, this were wrong. Now I didn't disclose me disability at that moment yet an' I were gonna till 'e started t'let 'is personal bias an' microaggressions show with comments like these .an' I decided at that moment that this firm weren't the right fit for me. Also I don't need t'disclose me disability for ye the consultant t'respect me an' not make offhanded comments or ignore me pronouns. Do better!!
The appointment left me triggered, disrespected an' feelin' unsafe. 100% don't recommend.
Also I find it vile that whenever someone leaves a bad review ye comment back with personal information from their appointment as if confidentiality doesn't exist. We reviewers don't owe ye confidentiality over our experience but ye just like doctors are bound by confidentiality yet ye continuesly bring up other peoples private issues for all t'see.
I expected better from a firm in Canada, I didn't not expect me pronouns bein' ignored, off handed jokes that favour men an' non disabled people an' just in general worst experience I've 'ad in a while. The name registered for the consultation were Lina.

My PGWP was rejected and honestly, I was stuck on what process needed to be done. Navjot was very helpful in guiding me on the necessary actions. Terribly poor service. The proprietor, Navjot, failed to return my calls despite my numerous messages. When he finally did call back, he was incredibly rude. I continuously inquired about the status of my file, only to be told two months later that a decision had been made by IRCC. I do not recommend this service at all.
