I must say, I am quite puzzled by the glowing 5-star reviews for this company. Their team is undoubtedly the most incompetent bunch I've come across. First, they asked me to follow up with the auditor regarding my pre-inspection report, then contact said auditor to schedule my post-audit, and now I have to inquire about the status of the post-audit report.
It turns out the auditor has apparently left their employment, but as a client, that is not my problem. They should have assigned another auditor or made arrangements. It seems each auditor is paid more for the pre-audit and isn't keen on doing the post-audit if they haven't performed the initial inspection.
The Aurora office appears clueless about how the loan program operates, suggesting I should have received information after the pre-audit. Furthermore, they informed me that once they receive the post-audit and submit it to Canada Greener Home, both the rebate and loan departments will process it. My pre-approved loan will supposedly be paid to me, minus the rebate. How far-fetched is this explanation? Clearly, that's not how the program functions. Their staff urgently requires proper education on the program guidelines.
I can only hope that my post-audit and submission will be finalized by the end of January. In light of my experience, I strongly advise steering clear of this company. It's the poorest service I've encountered to date, and it's alarming that the government has endorsed them as one of their accredited partners for conducting greener home audits.
