Honestly, I'm quite surprised by all the positive feedback, which makes me question the legitimacy and thoroughness of the reviews here on Google. In my own interactions, the owner, Adam, has consistently requested Google reviews from customers via phone calls, emails, and texts.

I underwent both my pre and post energy audits with this company, but I wish I had chosen a different route due to the lack of expertise and care from the owner and their auditors. It's been over a year now, and I still haven't received my Enbridge rebate, largely due to the auditor's oversight in realizing that certain documentation was missing from the rebate application.

PROS
- The auditors were punctual for their appointments at my house.

CONS
- There appears to be a tendency for the company to hire inexperienced recent graduates as auditors. They have shown limited understanding of the Enbridge rebate paperwork process, leading to prolonged delays and unnecessary back-and-forth. After completing my post energy audit in October 2023, auditor Mohammad Ali asked me to fill out the Enbridge paperwork two months later in January 2024, after realizing he had overlooked requesting certain information. In June 2024, he then sent a generic email that resembled a phishing attempt: "Dear sir, please send me your tax bill. Mohammad Ali" — it ended up in my Spam folder.
- Owner Adam has been providing excuses for their slow responses and delays, citing reasons such as "we have a high volume of customers, you're in the queue, Enbridge requires additional information."
- The auditors fail to offer valuable recommendations when asked about improving energy efficiency in one's home. Their advice is generic and appears to be 'copy and paste' responses.

I deeply regret selecting this company. While their prices are competitive with others, I would have gladly paid more for a company with experienced auditors who genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction. It seems like the owner's primary focus is maximizing profits through Enbridge energy rebates by conducting as many audits as possible.
