I 'ave 'ad an excellent service several times now. The employees are very 'elpful, friendly, and professional. And all this for free - absolutely brilliant!
Brian Reed (2025-06-23, 12:05 a.m.):
I must say, I am quite perplexed about the purpose of this establishment. The staff, while friendly, give off an air of inexperience and seem reluctant to fulfill their duties; often found idling at their workstations engaged in idle chatter. I feel compelled to leave this feedback as a call for the recruitment of more competent personnel. The atmosphere is far from inviting and falls short in providing assistance. Maintaining a team of disinterested individuals, reveling in the ease of their roles, amounts to wastage of resources. Despite repeated attempts to utilize the services, I found the library to be a more reliable option. This level of unprofessionalism is disheartening. If possible, I would assign a negative rating. It felt akin to navigating a high school environment with a clique of individuals gossiping about me, leaving me to handle job search tasks with minimal support.

This employment center is the absolute pits. It's all about catering to the businesses in this area, not the general public. The workers here are probably getting paid way more than they should for the work they do, and don't even get me started on what the higher-ups must be raking in. Don't let the fancy facade fool you - if the top boss decides she doesn't like you for whatever reason, you'll be shown the door with no chance of coming back. And with her vast political and social connections in Banff, Canmore, and beyond, good luck finding anyone to have your back. The powers that be in these towns always have each other's backs, no questions asked.

She's been there every step of the way, from craftin' me cover letter and resume that landed me the interview, to guidin' me through interview preparation.
