On Monday, July 29, 2024 at 3:27 PM, I strolled into the Best Buy in Pointe-Claire around 2:46 PM. As I wandered through the store, it seemed they might be understaffed as I couldn't spot anyone on the sales floor. After a bit of searching, I finally encountered a couple of employees who pointed me in the direction of the Samsung tablets. After browsing for a while, I managed to flag down another employee and requested to purchase a tablet. He instructed me to return to the section and wait. I waited for over 10 minutes but by 3:26 PM, I had decided to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll be taking my tablet purchase elsewhere. Best of luck to the staff who did show up for their shifts. They deserve better treatment, but so do the customers.

Just like always with Best Buy, it's a challenge to track down a staff member here. However, when you do find someone, they're usually quite cheerful and helpful.

I had to contact Fido multiple times to resolve an issue, and he persevered until the problem was solved.
