Wow, what a rude customer service experience. I applied because of the good reviews I saw, but when someone called me they asked me if I knew about IRCC. I said I know a little bit, and she proceeded to explain the full form to me, which I appreciated. Then she started explaining the benefits of PR, which again, I thanked her for. She mentioned sending me an email to read more about it, but I told her I already knew about the benefits. She seemed surprised that I didn't know about IRCC, which was a bit off-putting. Then she mentioned their fees, saying I had to pay $750 today for them to start evaluating my file. I politely told her I needed to think about it and would call back later. She then asked me why I applied if I wasn't going to proceed, which was quite pushy and unnecessary.
Even if I had initially been interested, this experience has made me not want to continue with them. They shouldn't be pressuring people into making decisions without their permission. Overall, it was the worst customer service experience I've had. Thank you for the call, but no thank you.

There are some good and bad reviews for this team and I decided to give it a go. The representative, Daniel, called me roughly 20 minutes later than the scheduled time and I was willing to let that go since he mentioned he was helping/talking to another candidate. I understand it can happen with anyone.
But on our subsequent call, I would've continued pursuing had he not mentioned, "we've got 10 other candidates if you say you need time to decide." And this is even before he gave me any sort of pricing for the services. On top of that, he mentioned that this call will be a one-and-done call. Ideally, he should've started with that disclaimer. Also, when I asked him some questions along the lines of whether it makes sense to pursue individual PR or with a spouse, he said I have to decide. He could've just answered the question. If I had the answers, I would've done it on my own. Why would I need these services?
