They suggested replacing it with a solid-state drive and assured me that all my data could be recovered. I approved the repair, and they swiftly installed a new OS on the drive and transferred over my data. I got my laptop back by the following day and was very impressed with the service provided by TTE.

My visit to the computer store was absolutely top-notch. I had previously been given a quote from another place which said, "Well, first we'll have to conduct a diagnostic that costs $75. After that, we might be able to start working on your computer, but you're looking at a wait time of at least two weeks. Alternatively, for an extra $35, we can bump you to the front of the queue--but you'll still need to wait for two weeks." At TTE, my computer issue was resolved within 20 minutes of dropping it off, and they even had to convince me to accept a service charge. Moreover, they also fixed a BIOS problem at no additional cost, simply out of goodwill. Truly outstanding service all around.

Trailing Edge was highly recommended to me by two of me acquaintances. I brought in a right old computer to Trailing Edge to bring up to date. They did a marvellous job. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional, and the Customer Relations be top-notch. Paul Middelveen, the store's owner, be very customer service oriented and made sure I was fully satisfied with the services provided by Trailing Edge. I highly recommend this store for its excellent service and customer satisfaction.
