The prices are smashing, the range of products is top-notch, their e-waste recycling option is spot on, and above all, they offer blooming good customer service with staff that are ever so cheery, accommodating and eager to lend a hand. It's a shame that the store is tucked away in a less conspicuous location.

A built-in camera was a key feature I was looking for, and the refurbished Dell Latitude E5250 seemed like the perfect fit. However, upon getting it home and installing necessary software, I realized that the laptop did not actually come with a camera as advertised. I returned it to The Trailing Edge, where they acknowledged the discrepancy between their website and the laptop's documentation. After thoroughly checking their entire stock, they found that none of the laptops had the promised camera. They went above and beyond by offering me a $50 upgrade to a different variant of the E5250 at no additional cost. Their exceptional customer service truly stood out to me. TTE has always come through for me. My latest issue involved a sudden decrease in download speed on just one device in the house. I usually try to troubleshoot on my own, but when things get tricky, I turn to TTE. This time, it turned out that an update to the processor/graphics driver was causing interference with the WiFi adapters. I couldn't find anything in my troubleshooting, but these experts identified and resolved the issue quickly, restoring performance to its normal levels.

However, after being buzzed into the front lobby, as instructed by the indoor sign, located at the front of the U-Haul building, I found that my visit was well worth it.
