I brought my iMac to TRG for repairs because it kept crashing. Apple Support had advised me to do so. I had installed third-party RAM in my iMac, so I provided both the original iMac RAM and the third-party RAM for testing. When TRG got back to me, they claimed that the machine worked perfectly with the original RAM and blamed the crashing on the third-party RAM. However, I had already tested the original RAM, and my iMac still crashed with it. I took the iMac home, and it crashed within 30 minutes of use with the original RAM installed. To make matters worse, TRG's incorrect diagnosis caused major issues with getting support from Apple. Eventually, Apple determined that the problem was with the hard drive and will be sending a replacement. I hate leaving negative feedback because the staff at TRG is friendly. Nonetheless, their inaccurate report to Apple and failure to correctly diagnose the issue caused me a lot of trouble.

I just wanted to provide an update on my previous review. There was a bit of confusion at first because the person who assisted me initially had to go out of town for a couple of weeks, which caused a slight delay in my service request. However, they promptly reached out to me once the necessary parts were available. I brought in my computer and they successfully upgraded the hard drive and RAM in less than 24 hours.

I am really pleased with the overall experience.

Oh, and let me tell you, the computer feels absolutely fantastic now. It's like having a brand new machine, haha.

And to top it off, their pricing was actually more budget-friendly compared to the other three places I checked out in and around Richmond Hill and Markham.

Had a cracking experience getting our MacBook Pro fixed up at this place. Top-notch, friendly, and helpful staff, especially Mike.

Our laptop was playing up a bit, needed a new logic board; the Apple Store at Upper Canada Mall wanted to keep it for 5-7 days and wouldn't provide us with a temporary replacement or let us keep it until it was our turn. We'd be without our main computer for a whole WEEK. This was after waiting a week just to get an appointment, and spending over half an hour in the store during said appointment.

TRG, on the other hand, got us an appointment quickly; Mike spent just a few minutes diagnosing the issue, kept it for only 1 day for a check-up, then let us take it home while they waited for the new part to arrive. Once the part was in, we brought it back and it was fixed within one day. So, we were without the computer for a total of 2 separate days instead of a whole week like Apple wanted.

Cheers TRG! Next time our Macs act up, we'll definitely be swinging by your shop instead of heading to the Apple store.
