The cookies were amazing! I ordered an Americano, which was simply fabulous, and Rose even prepared a delicious off-menu omelet for me. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her spinach and egg wrap as well. While we waited, we explored the adjacent gallery filled with stunning artwork by local artists. It was truly a fantastic experience. I was originally planning to grab a coffee at Tim Hortons, but after experiencing The Muse, I will never go back. The coffee here is truly exceptional. They serve Madawaska coffee, which in my coffee aficionado world, ranks as one of the best in Canada.
The breakfast offerings are all prepared in-house, giving them a special and unique touch. I decided to try the Nanas crapes and sampled all three different flavors. Each one was absolutely delicious. They were cooked to perfection - soft, flavorful, and with a slight crispiness on the edges, just the way I like it. The Muse has now become a must-stop spot on my journeys along the picturesque Highway 28. Fantastic job, The Muse!
