Absolutely smashing salad and soup! The coffee was just the ticket, piping hot and brewed to perfection. The service was top-notch - fast and friendly as can be. The decor had that trendy yet snug and inviting vibe. It was my husband's birthday and they surprised him with a delightful slice of birthday cheesecake. The washroom was spotless and well-maintained. We parked right by the restaurant, although they do offer outdoor seating, it was a tad chilly in October! We absolutely adored the atmosphere of this charming little gem 💎. I would highly recommend it for a jolly good time! 😋

Locals in Bancroft tend to dine on the earlier side, so aim to visit between 6-8pm for the best atmosphere. Additionally, the brewery section has a range of merchandise available, including stylish t-shirts and baseball caps. Conveniently, there is ample parking located at the back and side of the building. Cheers to a memorable experience at this brewpub! 🍻

Upon arriving at the brewpub, we noticed the staff bustling around as we eagerly anticipated our meal. It was our second visit in a week, as we had been there previously to collect our children from camp. Despite the apparent busyness, we found ourselves waiting to be seated, with the frazzled staff seemingly unaware of our presence. Eventually, one of them acknowledged us, but instead of a warm welcome, we were met with a debate about our preference for outdoor seating. The second server we encountered was equally impolite and inexplicably refused to accommodate us.

Our overall experience was quite unpleasant. While we understand that a busy establishment may need some time to catch up, it is never acceptable to treat customers rudely or with an air of indifference. Such behavior can drive away potential patrons and tarnish the reputation of the establishment.

The cocktails are decent, and the food is flavorful, although occasionally on the milder side. The service is top-notch, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Yet another delightful find! We have been visiting Bancroft for years, but had never taken the time to stop in until now. And oh, how pleased we were! The food was simply outstanding and the Ceasars were absolutely fabulous 👌. From the Montreal meat on rye to the brukrew chicken (my personal favorite), as well as the steak with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies – everything was a treat for the taste buds. To start off, we indulged in some delicious Bruschetta (oh so yummy) and I believe it was the pulled pork rolls. Simply divine. If there happens to be a queue, do not let that deter you. The wait is definitely worth it.

My partner and I had a splendid date night at this brewpub yesterday, and it truly exceeded our expectations! Our server was absolutely delightful and very accommodating. We popped in for a bite on Thursday night as most other places were shut. Wasn't expecting much, but boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The Cajun wings were spot on, and the fish and chips were as fresh as can be—plus, you got a generous portion. The quesadilla was dripping with flavor too!

We also tried a couple of their draft brews, sourced locally. Bit strange though, they served it in a Mill Street glass instead of one branded with their own name. Would've added a touch more credibility, in my opinion.
