They've gone and turned off my hosted server just because I hadn't paid the latest invoice that was only recently sent out. Can you believe it? The invoice came through 15 days ago and they reckon that's grounds enough to cut off services? I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have never missed a payment. Did it not occur to them that there might be a reason for the delay and that we deserved a heads-up before they shut us down?

For over 3 days now, they have been marking our addresses as spam and the team seems rather incapable of grasping what needs to be done to fix the issue. A right mess occurred when our company's production server went AWOL because of these blokes. Never had such bother with Amazon, I tell ya. Consequently, we made the decision to shift all our infrastructure over to a more dependable partner. Cheers!

When it comes to value, it really depends on your specific needs. I have noticed a price increase in the past year, which I assume is related to investing in DDoS mitigation. However, considering the current price, I'm starting to think about exploring other hosting options.

I wouldn't recommend OVH at all. Their support is practically non-existent. I've been using their VPS Cloud service and it never seems to work properly. I've submitted tickets but have never received any responses. And don't even get me started on their DDoS support, it might as well not exist.

I would strongly advise against using their MS Exchange service in Canada. The support for this service is extremely lacking, as phone support is unavailable and the actual support team is located in France. This means that if you experience any issues after 12 PM, you will have to submit a support ticket and wait until the next day for assistance. Furthermore, the manager I spoke with made it clear that certain services do not offer 24/7 support, so if an issue arises outside of French working hours, you will be left without help. There is also no option for speaking with a live person; instead, you must rely on chat support, which may not always be able to provide assistance and will likely direct you to submit a support ticket.
