In his overly "sophisticated" French, he instructed me to lodge a complaint with Hydro-Québec. A truly clueless company. Moreover, they failed to clean up all the branches they had cut. They stopped by to inform us that they would be pruning a tree to clear the wires, which I didn't mind at all, I assured them it was perfectly fine. However, after they left, I was met with a very unpleasant surprise - they had completely destroyed and trampled my beautiful flowering geranium ground cover that only partially covered the area under the tree. This ground cover had been thriving for over a decade, and we had been experimenting with making essential oils from it for several years. It's heartening to hear that they will be returning to make amends for the damage caused. Your reputation in your advertising is severely lacking. Your actions have left me feeling disrespected and have shattered my trust in you.

Absolutely dreadful service. They arrived on my property without so much as a heads up, trampled all over my flower beds, and didn't bother to clean up properly. They spent a whopping 2 days working on my land, pruning branches dangerously close to the power lines. On the first day I spotted them, they carelessly parked in front of my house, leaving the bins askew on the curb. I was left wondering if I'd even be able to access my own yard. And why on earth would they choose to cut down cedars in the dead of winter when they should only be pruned in mid-June? Terribly detrimental to the tree's health. To top it off, they didn't even bother to close the gate behind them when they left. Utter lack of professionalism.
