DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY WITH THEM! I am leaving this review on behalf of my father, who is not familiar with social media. He has been a customer at this tire shop for many years, purchasing tires and getting seasonal tire changes done. This spring, he had his summer tires installed and as he drove back to Peterborough, his vehicle started making strange noises. The noise worsened, prompting him to stop at a shop in Peterborough where they discovered that all the rims were loose and 6 lug nuts were missing. After driving 120kms, it's unbelievable that he could have been in a serious accident. After paying $160 for repairs and some minor rim damage, my father visited the owner at Bancroft OK tire the following weekend. The owner's response was that the lug nuts needed to be torqued after 100kms, but the noise started in less than 50kms. This proves that they were never properly torqued from the beginning. It's impossible to lose 6 lug nuts in 120kms if they were initially secured correctly. The shop did not apologize, show concern, or offer any reimbursement. Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I have personally changed tires on my own vehicles for years and have never experienced loose rims. This is concerning and scary!
