My issue with the printing department is that the system doesn't seem to recognize all file types. It would be much better if I could feel like I am paying for a service, rather than having to do all the work figuring out how to print a simple document from my phone. Why can't I just link my phone via Bluetooth to an available printer and get on with my personal business, without sharing my information with a stranger who ends up knowing what I am up to? It's frustrating because I wasn't expecting this, and all of a sudden, my life seems like an open book when it really isn't.

I purchased a brand-new MacBook Pro in May 2019. Starting in June, the MacBook began experiencing issues like bugs and screen flickering. It is incredibly frustrating to have these problems with a $4000 computer. Despite multiple visits, Bureau en Gros refused to replace it and instead suggested a paid diagnostic service. I was shocked that I had to pay for them to analyze a computer I had purchased just a month prior. Additionally, they declined to offer an exchange. Apple claims it is the responsibility of the seller to handle exchanges, yet Bureau en Gros refused to assist. I highly recommend avoiding this store, as you will likely encounter similar difficulties.

A somewhat tepid experience, I must say. Upon reaching the counter to collect a printer ordered online, the manager and a staff member engaged in idle chatter without acknowledging my presence. When the staff member finally noticed me, he glanced at the manager with a disinterested expression, as if to say, "Oh, not a customer." No sense of urgency or customer focus whatsoever. It's disappointing when employees in customer service roles lack enthusiasm for their work. I made a purchase on this occasion, but I won't be a repeat customer. There are plenty of other companies out there who value providing excellent service to their customers.

Chilly experience except for the ladies at reception/check-out upon entering. I was on the hunt for a computer and/or tablet with no luck in the service department. The salesman was wandering about and when I tried to approach him about an iPad that caught my eye, he veered off in another direction. I lingered in the computer and iPad section for a good 20 minutes studying the tags, and even though the salesman had returned to his post, he never acknowledged me, inquired about my needs, or anything of the sort.

A decent store if you're in the market for a Canadian notebook and a couple of thumb drives, but for a computer, it's best to look elsewhere.

And the reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that they do have Canadian notebooks and thumb drives in stock.

I must say, the customer service here is just terrible. I couldn't even speak to anyone to confirm if they had what I needed before going there. It's simply unbelievable. I went back on 02/15/2024 for an antivirus that didn't work, and the first person I spoke to treated me like I was clueless. And then there was another one, probably the manager, who seemed to think he was above it all, saying we can't exchange the software. But when a software doesn't work, I lose the money I invested in it. I deserve better customer service. I advise you to think twice before buying from this store. Just imagine being treated like I was - and mind you, I'm 80 years old and have seen my fair share of things. Let's just say, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I couldn't get through to the folks at the Joliette store, I left numerous messages but never got a reply. There's a prompt telling you to press 9 to go back to the main menu, but when you do, it says it's not valid. That's definitely not what I'd call good customer service. Disappointing, really.

No more quick photocopying in person since they prefer online orders, as mentioned by Manon, the photocopy clerk. Amélie suddenly appears and follows Manon to locate “the director who was quite rude” of this bulk office supply store, all the way at the back of the shop.
So, three individuals argued about making my copies for approximately seven minutes... I decided to leave, searched on Google Maps, inputted "copies" and, voila! Just a five-minute drive away, I discovered a fantastic spot to get my copies done.

This ain't my first rodeo with Bureau en Gros, but I gotta say, today's visit really got me riled up. I mistakenly bought the wrong notebook and wanted to make an exchange, but alas, I couldn't find the receipt. I explained this to the cashier and asked if she could look it up in their system, but it seemed like she was all at sea. How can someone at the front desk not know how to handle such a basic task?
Guess I'll be heading over to Hamster next time for their spot-on service. Bureau en Gros, they sure make it tough!
