I gave them a ring and, bloody hell, the automated system hung up on me not once, but twice. So, I thought bugger it and popped down there in person to get 4 pages of me plan printed. After waiting for 15 minutes, they told me the plotter was shut... and that I'd have to go elsewhere... So, that's what I did and what I'll do next time too! Cheers!

I tried to seek assistance from a staff member on the floor, but alas, it seemed he lacked the necessary training. In my humble opinion, it would be wise for more staff to be equipped with basic training to handle handing out ready orders. I do understand that the preparation process may require more specialized skills, but surely basic order collection should be a breeze for all.
