Oh, dear me! A dreadful experience indeed. We were in search of notarizing a "safe harmless Covenant" for our city bylaw application, so I rang up Zancope as we had utilized their services for our house purchase before. After making a specific appointment (confirmed by the secretary) for the covenant, arriving, paying the fee - and subsequently submitting to the city, we were informed it was not carried out correctly. Upon informing them of the incomplete work, their response was, "We do not do covenants."

Yet, they had scheduled the appointment, had us sign the documents, charged us, and only months later, after it was rejected, did they mention they do not actually handle such matters? What a ghastly experience and poor customer service. We shall not be returning.
